Sheladia Associates is seeking a professional Hydrologist/Hydromet Specialist to join our team for an upcoming, ADB funded Integrated Flood Resilience and Adaptation Project in Philippines.

The project aims to enhance: flood and climate change resilience that is consistent with the Philippines Development Plan of 2023-2028 (PDP). The project’s major outcome is to reduce flood risk in three river basins.

The Hydrologist/Hydromet Specialist will be based in Manila Project Office with frequent travels to project sites, as deemed necessary, which shall have the following responsibilities:

• conduct hydro-meteorological data analyses;
• draft the technical specifications of the necessary facilities and equipment i.e., x-band radars, hydromet systems etc.
• supervise the installation, testing and commissioning of the equipment and facilities;
• provide relevant training; and
• prepare relevant reports and documents.

The Flood Modelling Specialist/Hydrologist will be based in Manila Project Office with frequent travels to project sites, as deemed necessary, which shall have the following responsibilities:

• Assist the CPB Unit and prepare flood modeling and data management parts in the course programs for capacity-building for planning FRM through Pilot River Basin Study;
• Engage in Pilot River Basin Studies in 2nd and 3rd Year in flood modeling of “without” and “with” climate change by using free flood modeling software and data management parts;
• Assist Pilot River Basin Study in these parts in 4th Year; and (iv) Conduct capacity-building for the participants from CPB Unit and ROs including DEOs in flood modeling and data management.

Your responsibilities will be, but not limited to:

• Assist the Group Consolidation Leader in preparing monthly consolidated financial statements for QIMA Group.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly Management package for the whole QIMA Group.
• Review consolidated cash reconciliation between Treasury's cash report with the Group's general ledgers.
• Prepares and reviews monthly Intercompany reconciliations for the whole group.
• Handles IFRS16 related adjustments at consolidation level.
• Handles uploading of financial statements from NetSuite to Sigma Consolidation software.
• Ensure validation of data is resolved and recurring local and conso adjustments are properly recorded in conso software.
• Supports Group annual audit compliance conducted by our external auditors.
• Maintain stable relationship with local finance team and across QIMA function.

• The Sales Consultants are responsible for selling the company's products (various immigration/migration/ visa services) by identifying potential clients, educating prospects on products through calls, and online presentations through webinars, and providing existing customers with exceptional support.

Responsibilities

• Provide general sales support (needs analysis, data review, and product demonstrations)

• Serve as the customer advocate and liaison for product management and development.

• Prepare periodic forecasts and progress updates toward sales goals
