JOB TARGET

As Cargo Sales Manager, you will be directly and independently responsible for the end to end sales of international air cargo services and products. Reporting to the Head of Sales you will formulate and implement sales strategies in line with the overall country and regional objectives and maximize the airlines market share revenue earnings within the cargo sales market. This includes market segmentation and yield management while ensuring pricing strategies are sufficiently competitive to achieve optimum levels of revenue and traffic with major customers – direct customers, forwarders, brokers, integrators - suppliers, and also other airlines.

• Establishes and sustains robust, long-term relationships with principal clients.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for key accounts, promptly addressing concerns and delivering effective solutions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS：

1. Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a Sales Management capacity within the Air Cargo/logistics sector, coupled with comprehensive knowledge of Air Cargo Sales & Marketing on a national or regional level.
2. Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing and sales initiatives for an Airline Cargo/logistics organization, along with a proven ability to establish new revenue streams.
3. Extensive Cargo/Logistics sales experience, encompassing overall business-to-business sales & marketing expertise.
4. Outstanding communication skills; proficiency in English is an additional asset.

• The POPS Specialist will be responsible for:
• Addressing Tier 0 and Tier 1 employee inquiries and requests.
• Escalating more complex issues to the appropriate team members.
• Assist with onboarding new hires (system entry, paperwork validation, background check administration), as needed.
• Document, maintain, and communicate core HR processes to stakeholders, managers, and employees.
• Identify and drive process improvement efforts, leveraging HR systems to automate and eliminate manual work where possible.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote cutting-edge AI powered imaging solutions in the healthcare industry. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and research and development, to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support the overall growth of the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and web  
• Develop content for blog posts, white papers, brochures, case studies, and other marketing materials 

• Develop and execute our online presence, including social media accounts, website content, and online organic advertising 
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute lead-generation campaigns 
• Organize conferences and events to attract potential clients and partners 
• Plan and execute company events, webinars, podcast and other marketing initiatives to generate leads and build brand awareness 
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences, and adjust marketing strategies as needed 
• Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report on key performance metrics 
• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting and promotion 

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field 
• 3 years of hands-on marketing experience in the healthcare or technology industries 
• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and email marketing software such as HubSpot. 
• Strong writing and communication skills, with experience developing content for various channels 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail 
• Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box 
• Experience with social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Twitter

Have experience in Dental Billing

Handle accounts receivable, including follow-up on outstanding claims and payment collections

Review and analyze accounts receivable reports

Identify and resolve payment discrepancies and denials

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient accounts

Respond to patient and insurance inquiries regarding billing and collections

Work closely with insurance companies to ensure accurate and timely claim processing

Maintain compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations

Provide excellent customer service to patients and team members

Qualifications:

Dental billing experience required
