• Cold Calling: Initiate contact with potential clients through outbound cold calling to introduce services and generate interest. Effectively communicate our value proposition and qualify leads to pass onto the sales team.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand their needs, preferences, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.

• Lead Generation: Research and identify potential leads through various channels. Develop strategies to engage prospects and convert them into qualified leads.

• Client Website Maintenance: Regularly review and update client websites to ensure they are up to date and aligned with client requirements. Coordinate with internal teams and clients to implement necessary changes, such as content updates, product/service information, and design enhancements.

This position reports to EHS Operation Team Leader (OTL).

Primary Responsibilities    

• Responsible for conducting environmental and Industrial hygiene, Health & Safety field sampling and monitoring as defined in the Matrix of Sampling Techniques and Analyses. He/she is also responsible for reporting field monitoring data according to the Quality Management System policies and procedures.

Specific Responsibilities   

• Assists the EHS Specialist II and CEMs Services Specialist in air, water/wastewater, soil/sediments and other environmental sampling operations and other field services defined in the Matrix of Sampling Techniques , and in accordance with SGS Policies and Procedures, and Safety Policies
• Performs standardization and preparation of reagents and solutions for use in sampling.
• Prepares and updates reports related to environmental sampling and analysis performed including statistical quality control charts
• Operates and maintains equipment for sampling and analysis
• Performs other related duties as may be assigned either in support of departmental goals or for his/her personal or professional training, education or development as programmed by his/her immediate superior.
• Complies with the Quality, Health and Safety, Environment and Energy (QHSEE) policies and supporting objectives including, but not limited to:
• Demonstrates strong obligation to SGS QHSEE policies, procedures and work instructions by actively participating in             meetings, projects and events, completes required training, intervenes in unsafe situations, refuses unsafe work, and complies fully with all applicable laws and regulations related to HSEE
• Perform appropriately and immediately to emergency situations and assists other staff members in maintaining readiness to respond to emergencies within the workplace
• Disposes or directs the disposal of waste generated as a part of daily work performed in a safe manner and in compliance with the disposal regulations and requirements, and in accordance with SGS Environmental Management System requirements
• Reports all incidents, including near misses and hazards, that may affect the achievement of QHSEE objectives in accordance with SGS Incident Reporting and Management requirements
• Efficiently uses all equipment, including safety equipment, and company owned property in the manner intended and reports any damaged / lost equipment to immediate superior
• Maintains a safe and tidy worksite according to the organization’s 5S program and guidelines
• Maintains awareness of the safety and health related hazards and environmental aspects and proposes action plans to control the risks to immediate superior or QHSEE Coordinators
• Actively participates in incident investigations and risk assessments as deemed necessary by SGS management
• Fulfills the requirements needed in the success of the QHSEE Management System
• Recognizes the potential consequences of not following the established policies, procedures, and guidelines, including not fulfilling the organization’s compliance obligations

Responsibilities 

• Represent foodpanda as an ambassador, develop a trusted advisor relationship with existing key retail/FMCG brands, act as the lead point of contact for your portfolio of partner vendors
• Activate set of services (compliance performance, promotional deals, online marketing packages etc.) to facilitate portfolio & revenue growth; meet or exceed goals for account retention, development and maintenance.
• Work with our strategic accounts to develop their online strategy and operations to maximize their earnings from foodpanda shops
• Understand the issues and pain points facing our strategic accounts and research and execute scalable solutions
• Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to partner vendors’ needs and objectives
• Work closely across Content, Sales and Marketing teams for front-end enhancements, campaign participation and demand generation

Requirements 

• At least 3 years’ experience in sales or account management role 
• Ability to analyze and draw inferences from data
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on partner vendors’ needs
• Detail-oriented with proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goals oriented
• Proficiency in English
• Knowledge in the use of Salesforce preferred

1. Leads and oversees field sampling processes
2. Properly assigns sampling activities to all members of the field sampling teams.
3. Ensure all FDS are properly and completely field up and submitted on time to his/her immediate superior for timely completion of service reports.                

           A.2. DENR-Accredited QA/QC for Source Emission Testing

1. Prepares and submits test plans for Source Emission Testing Jobs
2. Coordinates with the relevant regulatory bodies and ensures compliance to regulatory requirements related to field work.
3. Counterchecks field data sheets and reviews/evaluates generated air test results

• Ensures that all sampling field requirements are performed based on the approved sampling methods and requirements as defined in the Matrix of Sampling Techniques and based on the Work Plans
• Coordinate with the EHS lab the requirements for field sampling such as but not limited to the following:  Standard solutions, sampling media, tedlar bags, etc.
• Ensures that all sampling equipments are suitable, calibrated, maintained and fit for use.
• Conducts theoretical and on the job trainings for field sampling team members.
• Assists the CEMs Services Specialist in conducting RATA, RAA, RGA and other CEMs Services.
• Oversees outsourced environmental field services and performs water/soil/sediment sampling activities and other EHS field services.
• Signs field data sheets, laboratory worksheets, and receive and reviews samples as per service contract.
• DENR-Accredited QA/QC – signs Source Emission Test Report
