Risk Finance Management Duties

• Assists the Risk Finance Supervisor in ensuring completeness of the documents and values for insurance renewal submitted at least 30 days prior to expiration of existing policy.
• Coordinates with accounting and other department to determine the updated list of assets with corresponding sum insured values.
• Maintains insurance registry requirement through regular property appraisal and monthly monitoring of acquisition and disposal of assets.
• Liaises and assists internal and external Risk Surveyors, asset valuation surveyors and appraisers.
• Assists the Risk Finance Supervisor in securing proposals from accredited suppliers for insurance coverage in coordination with AEV Risk Finance team.
• Monitors and maintains approved insurance policies are incepted, implemented and paid on a timely manner.
• Monitors and maintains risk engineering survey files to ensure that is updated regularly by the relevant stakeholders.
• Assists the Risk Finance Supervisor on the conduct of insurance briefings to relevant stakeholders at the sites to ensure understanding of the approved insurance policy.
• Assists in securing and maintaining the necessary information for the preparation of risk management reports including but not limited to the following:
  • Status of insurance claims
  • Motor car insurance claims
  • Insurable risk maps
  • Risk engineering progress reports
  • Total cost of insurable risk
• Assists the Risk Finance Supervisor in providing the necessary insurance support, education, and training to the Food Group Management and Staff.
• Keeps abreast with new developments and advances on the enterprise risk management industry practices, quality and environmental management technology through magazines/periodicals, and attendance to relevant seminars and conferences.

Insurance Claims Management Duties

• Coordinates with relevant stakeholders at the sites to ensure that all incidents are reported immediately.
• Monitors and follows up all requirements and information needed to support claims are submitted to the insurance providers within the prescriptive period.
• Monitors and follows up that the claims settlement is collected as soon as claim evaluation is done and finalized according to policy terms and conditions.
• Assists the Risk Finance Supervisor on the consistent implementation of established incident reporting and insurance claims process and methodologies.

Others:

• Actively participate in all company programs and activities under quality improvement, safety & security, sustainability, corporate social responsibility, risk management etc.
• Performs other tasks related to the job as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
• Checks and updates the documentation of risk finance policies, procedures and standard operating procedures in line with the Food Group’s standard documentation system.
• Oversees and manages logistics and administrative requirements of risk finance activities such as, but not limited to the following:
  • Appraisal activities
  • Risk engineering surveys
  • Asset valuation surveys
  • Insurance briefing and orientations
• Performs other tasks as maybe assigned from time to time from other risk management programs such as but not limited to the following:
  • Enterprise Risk Management
  • Business Continuity Management
  • Information Security Management
• Appointed membership to committees whenever necessary.
• Participates in current and futures business initiatives such as Partners in Leadership, Risk Management, CRM, Comrel, IBP, Safety, ISO, Branding, ISMS, etc.

This role is primarily responsible to provide support to day-to-day HR Contact Center services to ensure accurate processing of moderately complex employee requests tickets, calls, and chat in compliance with internal and external regulations, service level agreements, processes, and procedures.

• Provide action and resolution to the employee queries received via call, chat, and ticketing system
• Responsible for queue management and case triage within our case management system
• Support data gathering activities and analyze complex tickets to support the proper resolution of incident reports and administer resolutions.
• Handle moderately complex HR systems transactions
• Escalate/Transfer HR systems transaction request to necessary systems back-end support team
• Escalate issues and recommend resolutions to the Team Lead for timely resolution. May support junior members of the team in addressing routine issues within the assigned processes.
• Perform moderately complex tasks in compliance with service level agreement, process, policies, and procedures; Able to resolve and explain
• Investigate issues and provide input to the completion of incident reports
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of moderately complex company guidelines and policies to be able to interpret, explain and resolve related inquiries, e.g., disputes on leave accruals involving calculation and review of Workday profile (length of service and Gclock)
• Provide input to SOP/DTP maintenance process by proactively reviewing documents and identifying opportunities to improve current processes, escalate for discussion and decision and revise documents accordingly
• Drive process improvement initiatives to streamline processes, improve customer experience, and increase productivity.
• Participate in audit-related activities
• Contribute specialized expertise to different assigned projects and provide key updates to Team Lead and Manager.
• Responsible for ensuring adherence to audit and regulatory requirements both internal and external (i.e GDPR, AECOM Privacy Policy and SOX) ensuring the Company is compliant and risks are mitigated
• Responsible for ensuring the Service Level Agreements are met
• Act as a backup processor for simple to complex HR contact center activities for individual or bulk transactions.
• Supports processing of fast-track request tickets
• Supports processing of rescind transaction requests
• Supports data and trend analysis for internal operations review

The AP Invoice Processor Specialist is responsible for thorough, accurate and timely processing of all invoices and/or employee-related non-payroll payments in accordance with the relevant policies, procedures, guidelines, and service level agreements (SLA) of APSSC. As the process experts/SME, assists AP Operations Supervisor in resolving complex issues and concerns and may be delegated to perform specific supervisory functions from time to time

INVOICE PROCESSING:

• Processes invoices/billing statements, non-payroll related expense reports/cash advances and other payment requests based on policies, procedures, work instructions and agreed SLA
• Records payable entries in the ERP system using correct cost center, GL account charging, & amount computation (i.e. correct application of VAT/withholding tax or prepayment)
• Executes the AP key controls (i.e. 3-way or 2-way matching, invoice workflow approval, validation of expense, etc.) in a thorough manner and secures required approval in writing for any exception/deviation
• Ensures compliance of company expenses to applicable policies and tax requirements (i.e. complete and valid supporting documents, amount limits, etc. )
• Adheres to service level agreements on the accuracy and timeliness of invoice processing and recording of AP entries
• Communicates issues to concerned supplier/employee in a timely manner and logs them in Service Desk system for proper tracking and monitoring of resolution
• Reviews resolution and ensure these are in order before re-processing the invoice/billing/payment request
• Generates payment proposal list and reviews items for payment related to transaction scope on or before agreed cut-off with AP Payment Processing Team
• Analyzes and resolves processing/compliance issues raised during quality reviews or audits and implements mitigating controls/actions to prevent the issues from recurring
• Monitors outstanding open invoices and conducts regular clean-up as needed (at least quarterly)

GENERAL

• Prepares and submits standard or ad hoc reports based on agreed timeline/SLA
• Performs regular coordination meetings with stakeholders to raise and address concerns noted during processing (i.e. Supply Chain, Department SPOC, key suppliers, etc.)

The Contract Specialist for Planning, Governance and Analytics (PGA) SC-Ph is responsible for reviewing, editing, communicating with the vendors and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of our contracts to meet all regulatory and commercial requirements. He/She will be responsible:

The role will be responsible for supporting end-to-end project accounting life cycle activities for assigned accounts and projects. The role will be involved with stakeholder coordination to execute processes that will drive the completion of assigned projects.

Responsibilities: 

• Perform moderately complex tasks that support multiple and varied projects in compliance with the contract, service level agreement, define methodologies, and procedures
• May need to provide guidance to junior members of the team
• Reviews project financials for accurate revenue recognition
• Perform in-depth project analysis and provide recommendations based on findings
• Provide analysis, resolutions, and recommendations for moderately complex process improvements and technical issues through existing technical procedures and methodologies
• Support the Team Lead/Manager in handling escalations and managing disputes related to project financials
• Maintains and prepares SOP/DTP of current processes and the incorporate documentation updates
• Participate in audit-related activities and prepare audit responses
• May support junior members of the team in addressing routine issues within the assigned processes
• Propose alternatives in identified issues and assist in investigating and in resolving common and unusual issues
