ABOUT THE ROLE 

The PRODUCT SUPPORT SPECIALIST is pivotal in managing support tickets for users of our platform. You will run flight control for customised platform management, making sure tickets are prioritised and delivered on time and to spec.

To deliver this effectively you need to learn the platform and provide first level support where appropriate and to escalate tickets for assessment by the broader technical services and developer team.
