The Senior Bids and Proposals Specialist assists the Team Lead in day-to-day operational management within the Bids and Proposals function. Responsibilities & Duties

End-to-End Recruitment:

• • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for early career positions (internships, apprenticeships/cadetships, graduate roles), from job posting through onboarding.  Requisitions may be high in volume and fast paced at certain times.
  • Build excellent relationships with hiring managers to define their recruitment needs and candidate profiles.
