• Provide ongoing sales support to the Business Development and KAM teams, such as drafting quotes, and other relevant materials.    
• Conduct research to identify relevant contacts in the key client segments using online sources  
• Manage client- and sales-related activities in the RepRisk CRM tool (Salesforce) and Sales Operations Dashboard via Microsoft Teams  
• You prepare sales briefings and other adhoc analyses as required by the Business Development and Key Account Management teams 
• You coordinate and monitor tasks/activities with other internal stakeholders

The Customer Service Associate will be part of our extraordinary Customer Support team where you will be responsible for supporting card holders’ needs on a variety of Visa products via inbound phone calls. You will complete work according to well-defined policies and procedures while delivering a positive customer interaction. The role is responsible for Subcontract Administration as part of the Source-to-Pay Team in Manila. 

• Prepare, review, verify, approve, and execute subcontracts under direct supervision.
• Issue Purchase Orders and Change Orders
• Maintain subcontract and procurement documentation.
• Follow and enforce procurement-related policies and procedures; maintain the SOP/DTP of current processes and incorporate documentation updates as required.
• Understand subcontracting terminology for application in day-to-day tasks.
• Assist Project Managers/project team in preparation of Purchase Requisitions (Subcontract Admin Form)
• Escalate and analyze identified issues and concerns to the Team Lead for timely resolution.
• Perform simple but varied tasks in compliance with service-level agreements, processes, policies, and procedures.
• Assess identified issues and collate documentation to investigate and resolve common and recurring issues. 
• Support selected simple process improvement initiatives to streamline processes.

The Customer Support Team is responsible for Ignition’s day to day customer support through responding quickly to client requests and working to solve problems.

What your day to day will look like:

• Be a product expert in all areas. Become an encyclopedia of knowledge about how Ignition works and what it is capable of.
• Own customer communications and issues from initial contact until resolution. We use Intercom to do most of our support, but you’ll also be talking to customers on the phone every now and then.
• Collect customer feedback and influence the direction of the product.
• Identify issues and engage with the development team to escalate bugs, solve problems, or obtain missing information.
• Develop and improve processes to scale support with the growing business.
• Create and maintain both internal and customer-facing documentation such as knowledge base articles.
• Work closely with Key Account Managers, Retention and Implementation, Marketing teams
