As a People Operations Process & Knowledge Specialist you will be responsible for an efficient, high-quality, customer centric People Services and Operations function. The team ensures global & local support of our People throughout their employment journey from onboarding to exit.

The People Operations Process & Knowledge Specialist (PKS) reports directly to the People Operations Support Partner. What you will do

The Supplier-to-Market Corporate Quality Specialist is responsible for the design, implementation,  monitoring, and the continual improvement of the quality and food safety processes across the 1FG value chain to support quality performance and the consistent delivery of products that conform to quality and food safety standards. This role enables quality compliance of business initiatives and provides support for decision-making and resolution of supplier-to-market quality-related issues to enable business continuity.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Designs and develops processes relevant to supplier and toller quality management, manufacturing quality, new product and process quality, and to distribution and marketplace quality.

Key Responsibilities

E-commerce Management

Territory Management
