As a Policy Governance specialist within the Center of Excellence (PGA), your primary responsibility will be to develop, implement, and govern policies and procedures that ensure compliance, consistency, and best practices across the organization. This role is responsible for preparing reports for stakeholders mainly using the Power BI tool to track and measure the progress of business strategies. The role will be functionally supporting the Project Controls Department in the US region while still reporting to the Project Controls Manager in Manila.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and enhance financial reports and dashboards to track and measure the success of business line strategic plans, growth initiatives, and cross-business line efforts.
• Incorporate data from multiple platforms and develop reports to support strategic priorities, such as pipeline, wins, losses, awarded backlog, bookings, revenue, margin, outlook, and other KPIs as required.

• Develop and review of project cost and revenue baseline, based on above element, on behalf of PM.

Execution phase

• Integrate cost and schedule data/baseline with company’s enterprise system, to facilitate Projects financial goals, or oversee this effort.
• Develop key deliverables in preparation for project reviews.
• Review actual costs and commitments, coordinate cost adjustments, and review coding accuracy.
• Identify cost (and schedule as needed) variances, investigate root cause, and develop/execute a correction action plan, as discussed with PM and Project team.
• Lead effort for tracking budget, project costs, labor hours, schedule updates, installed quantities and progress measurements for work to include direct hire and subcontracted work.
• Maintain the planning/scheduling updates, applying engineering, procurement, and construction terminology, concepts, and relationships. Develop and maintain critical path logic networks and bar charts.
• Analyze, evaluate, and forecast current status against an established baseline schedule. Assess the impacts of design or construction changes and schedule slippages. Report schedule status to all levels of project and company management as well as to the Client.

What might your days look like

As a Customer Care Specialist (Payroll), you’ll be working within our Customer Experience team and will be responsible for gathering information from customers and ensuring their continued support and success after implementing our Employment Hero Payroll product. In this role, you will be supporting our customers to ensure accuracy and will be responsible for resolving customer tickets efficiently and effectively. This includes addressing customer issues with professionalism and care, and escalating to the appropriate teams where necessary. The expected hours of the role are Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm (PH local time).

As a Customer Care Specialist (Payroll) you'll be responsible for;

• Responding to and resolving customer tickets, calls and queries related to the Employment Hero payroll Platform in a timely manner.
• Assist and collaborate with the wider squad and support team to provide best practice system use and education to all our customers.
• Proactively analyse and understand product functionality across the platform and logic in detail; and testing in platforms to identify user error/system logic and related root causes by maintaining comprehensive awareness of product changes and enhancements.
• Conduct/triage customer support issues and assign to the appropriate team or resolve where possible.
• Escalating issues related to bugs or product logic/functionality concerns as necessary, in collaboration with Seniors/Team Leads and the Product Team.

We’re on a mission to keep children safer online - both at home and at school. We use cutting-edge machine-learning technology to detect issues like cyberbullying, sexting, signs of depression, suicidal thoughts, and more. We also offer internet filtering and limits.

As our Tech Support Team Captain, you’ll engage with our potential customers, help new customers get the most out of Bark, and gather feedback from customers who choose to discontinue using Bark. You will be responsible for the success and retention of customers, while responding to and resolving escalated technical, product, or account issues. This is an incredibly important role that makes a direct impact on the company’s success.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Act as the company gatekeeper using computer technology to handle email inquiries, and phone calls.
• Have scheduled availability for Tier III (escalated) calls, tickets, and chats.
• Participate in resource development to benefit the team at large in specified areas of expertise
• Respond to inbound customer service questions about product functionality, pricing, billing, and generally advise on company information.
• Provide suggestions for improvement or new features based on customer feedback and work with our engineering team to implement them.
• Provide thought leadership on your assigned shift for all Tier I and Tier II agents as it relates to troubleshooting and problem resolution
• Provide shift oversight when managers are unavailable to ensure efficient handling of all incoming customer communications Demonstrate proficiency in technical troubleshooting best practices and ability to document and escalate issues to the product team

This role is primarily responsible for translating learning needs into high-quality, best-in-class program design and learning content and working with key stakeholders in advising on training needs, best practices, system capabilities, assignments, and roll-out strategy. It will also provide Learning Management System (LMS) administration, technical support, and reporting of learning programs.

• The Learning Designer will work collaboratively, in partnership with an instructional designer, to build engaging, best-in-class learning content.
• Creates system training including interactive, animated videos that teach users in short learning intervals.
• Leverages knowledge from adult learning theories, design guidelines, and technical knowledge to create visually appealing and engaging training.
• Can provide direction and advice on which training materials and modalities best fit the project’s learning needs.
• Has the ability to translate Subject Matter Expert knowledge and vision into on-demand learning that engages the learner and keeps them coming back.
• Researches and stays on top of learning industry design best practices.

• Build surveys, assessments, and evaluation tools for learning activities.
