The Payments Specialist is an important role and is responsible for the execution and completion of payment processing, liquidity management and exception handling processes and tasks.

The Payment Operations team is a core function within Visa Payments Ltd and is responsible for the timely execution of all processing activities and associated operational tasks to ensure the effective day to day running of Visa payment services. The team sits within the Payment and Service Operations department which includes Client Support and Service Management. The team is not client facing but does regularly interact with our network of Partners.

What we expect of you, day to day.

• Daily execution of payments, including Faster Payments, International Payments/SWIFT, ACH domestic payments, and global real time payment schemes, in line with the agreed cut offs for JIT

• Manage the correct allocation of incoming liquidity within agreed times scales

• Investigate and correctly resolve payment exceptions, (e.g. rejections, returns, failures, etc.)

• Correspond and liaise with Network Partners through email, telephone, and the SWIFT network to resolve issues as quickly as possible and minimise service/client impact

JD_Meats QA Specialist

1. Implements and maintains all food safety related strategies, policies and procedures
2. Maintains open communication with all related departments to address the identification of food safety hazards and process improvement opportunities.
3. Implements HACCP Plan and pre-requisite programs.
4. Performs HACCP monitoring to include but not limited to – concentration of chlorinated water solution monitoring, temperature monitoring, environmental monitoring and metal detection, and the sanitation program.

This role involves coordinating, executing, and overseeing various tasks related to governance, risk management, and compliance to protect the organization's assets, reputation, and ensure operational effectiveness.

The GRC specialist will work together with the Security Operations Leader, Security Operations Engineer, and QIMA internal stakeholders to meet the objectives of the audit requirements, identify risks present in the group, and to assess non-conformities and non-compliance against the organization’s Information Security Management System Policy and align the remediation plan with target dates against the respective owners.

The GRC specialist must have a good understanding of the different security and data privacy laws and regulations and industry security best practices with the ability to apply these standards to the QIMA environment.

• Notifies Senior Tax Compliance Specialist of any IRS/State Notices received related to Tax Returns being prepared
• Works with accounting, finance, treasury, and relevant parties from different segment to gather financials, apportionment schedules, and supporting calculations to assist in the completion of projects assigned
• Escalate and analyze identified issues and concerns to the Team Lead for timely resolution.
• Maintain the SOP/DTP of current processes and incorporate documentation updates as required.
• Assess identified issues and collate documentation to assist in investigating and in resolving common and recurring issues.
• Perform simple but varied tasks in compliance with service level agreement, process, policies, and procedures.
• Support selected simple process improvement initiatives to streamline processes.

Position is part of a team that generates quotes and responds to time sensitive special pricing requests (i.e., non- standard pricing) from our Sales team. Involves daily interfacing with multiple telecom carriers, to source the best costs/services, as well as significant interfacing with sales agents and other staff members.
