The Communication Manager oversees the internal and external communications strategy of the Ubisoft Philippines Studio and the Zone, ensuring that the communication needs of the Ubisoft group are being fulfilled.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

BRAND/MARKETING MANAGER is responsible for overseeing any aspect of marketing related to a company’s brand, and ensuring that all branding decisions ultimately result in stronger sales. To achieve that alignment, brand managers tend to work with multiple areas of marketing, like research, content, social, and design.

The main purpose of the Project Manager is to plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of a construction project from start to finish. This includes managing budgets, schedules, resources, and ensuring that the project is completed safely, on time, and within scope. They also act as a liaison between the client, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and successful project delivery.

• To lead the project on stakeholder management, cost planning, consultant and contractor engagement, design management, construction management from onboarding to handover and closeout
• On-site coordination of activities of the appointed project consultants in alignment with the project schedule and budget
• Engage with project stakeholders (internal to the client) and external (e.g., industrial estates, authorities, and providers) in connection with the project
• Manage and oversee all project procurement and coordination activities including, but not limited to the procurement of early works and main contractors, critical equipment and other specialist suppliers
• Aiding appointed Project Lead in administering appointed contracts and undertake all necessary interfacing and reporting with the contractors during the post-contract phase.
• Ensure compliance to the T&T Commission Execution Plan (“CEP”) online system, risk management and business management system framework.
• To maintain effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilised throughout project.
• To manage the implementation of the master programme, manpower, materials & plant schedules
• Responsible for the project planning, including producing the detailed project plan.
• To lead and facilitate the overall cross-functional project team.
• To prepare master programme, formal project progress and other reports
• To take a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages
• Control and properly compile all relevant documents for the project including uploading to T&T sharepoint.

The role: 

As we expand our organisation both across new products and services, as well as Geographies for employees and clients, we’re looking for a Support expert to focus on continuous improvement and team management.  

You’ll be responsible for managing a team of five (and growing), supporting hundreds of clients across three products (and growing) across two regions. You’ll work behind the scenes with both Onboarding and Customer Success to facilitate client queries and make sure they’re a success. 

The existing Support Manager has been with the company for over 5 years and has grown into a new role to help scale the business from a hybrid product/client/support perspective, creating the opportunity for a new team member to come in with a pure Support focus. At first you’ll work closely with this team member for handover, before taking the role on as your own. 

Key to your success will be developing a deep understanding of our products as well as the industry in which we operate in. This will empower you to direct the team on tasks and be autonomous when solving escalated client queries. You’ll be a fantastic manager, ensuring behaviour, product expertise and productivity are measured and improved on a continuous basis. 

Your key stakeholders will be our General Manager, Previous Support Manager, Onboarding Manager, Customer Success Manager and our clients. 

Your focus will be: 

• Team management and managing behaviours, support product and industry understanding and training, as well as and managing productivity 

• Analyse and report product malfunctions, raising defects and incidents 

• Support team with advanced queries, and support the team on the phone/tickets during busy periods, however focus should be on ensuring wider team delivery is at optimal levels 

• Ensure client requests are closed to a high standard of satisfaction 

• Collate and share trends and client feedback with product and engineering to ensure improvements are made 

• Provide consultation to customers regarding the most effective use of Transvirtual platform in conducting business 

• Keep confluence and other documentation up to date  

• Oversee monthly ticket calibration as part of continuous improvement

About the Role

As Partnerships Manager, you will develop and nurture partnerships that advance storytelling and outreach, build relationships that could potentially lead to follow-on opportunities for NEX PH and program alumni, and plan events that showcase the clean energy entrepreneurs we support.

Duties and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Philippines Country Director, you will collaborate cross-functionally with the Philippines team at New Energy Nexus and external partners to:

• Scope out, negotiate and finalize partnerships with partners and funders whose mission align with New Energy Nexus
• Grow a network of business development partnerships for potential follow-on funding / pilot / demonstration opportunities for early-stage entrepreneurs (e.g. Venture Capital firms, Government contacts, Social-impact Investors, Mentors, Utilities, Developers, Corporations, Universities, Hospitals, and general connections to resources) in collaboration with program staff.
• Organize regular investor pitch events (online or in-person) in coordination with the programs team including space, sponsor, keynote speakers etc. with the aim of getting clean energy startups from our programs exposure to potential business partners.
• Develop and follow-up on innovative proposals for partners and funders to enable New Energy Nexus Philippines to support more startups in clean energy sectors
• Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships to help drive equity and diversity into outreach and marketing initiatives with the aim of increasing the diversity of applicants.
• Execute innovative collaboration and partnership programs with partners and funders
• Organize and maintain a CRM system.
• Represent New Energy Nexus Philippines at industry events and meetings with stakeholders
