We are looking to hire a data analyst to join our analytics team. You will be working alongside the technical and analytics teams. You will be responsible for the creation of new analytics dashboards driven by business needs. 

Responsibilities:

• Maintain, clean, and process large business data sets. 
• Work with stakeholders to understand their business objectives and provide relevant, clear, concise, and digestible data to them.
• Deliver data first solutions to stakeholders within Tableau.
• Import, clean, and merge new data sets into Tableau from external and internal sources.
• Support and maintain new and existing dashboards in the Tableau ecosystem.

• Onboard and train new users to consume and create new dashboards.

• BA or BS degree in Business Administration, Data Science, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar degree
• 1-2 years of experience in business analytics, process automation, or data and statistical analysis
• Proficiency and experience creating dashboards from multiple separate data sources
• Experience using a major data visualization platform (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, etc.) or other data visualization software (R, D3.js, etc.)

POSITION DESCRIPTION

You are a Workforce Queue Analyst, a champion in your field. As part of the A-team, your role plays an important part in our success. Your tasks for the day include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Efficiently manage call volume and labour resources for inbound and outbound call
  centres, while maintaining and exceeding the organization and client targets
• Monitor designated call centres through various internal and external platforms,

We are looking for a Support Analyst to assist our customers with technical problems when using our products and services.

Support Analyst responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding product users through features and functionalities.

To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust. You should also be familiar with help desk software.

Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures.

Responsibilities

• Review, triage and respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner, via help desk tool or by email.
• Identify customer needs and help customer understand and use specific product features.
• Perform problem analysis, identify product malfunctions, and replicate user case scenarios by performing various tests.
• Create internal or external use documents and contribute to the growing knowledge-based articles.
• Make follow-up and collaborate in a cross-functional environment for cases that you own.
• Assist TAM’s (Technical Account Manager) on periodic calls with our customers.
• Maintain weekly Ad-hoc reports and other customer service analytics.
• Gather customer feedback and share to our Customer Success, Engineering and Product Teams.
• Ensure that SLAs are strictly followed, and solutions are delivered on time.
• Proactive in resolving issues and can make informed decisions.

• 2-5 years of experience as a Support Analyst or any product specific supporting role.
• Preferably a graduate in BSc in Information Technology or relevant diploma.
• Experience in SQL or Postgress is preferred.
• Experience in using JIRA, Confluence, or other related remote support tools.
• Knowledge in Groovy Scripts is a plus.
• Knowledge in ERPs or related technologies is a plus.
• Knowledge in Eclipse is a plus.
• Has strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Can easily understand complex technological cases and break them down.
• Excellent communication skills and can effectively translate information to technical and non-technical people.
• Ability to handle escalations and difficult customers.
• Time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• And must be willing to work on shifting schedules or within UK hours, to support customers across different time-zones.

JOB TITLE: Operations Analyst

WORKING HOURS: Monday - Friday, EST

SALARY RANGE: 900 to 1500 USD/ month (Depending on the interview result and the client's approval)

Tasks:

• Develop standard operating procedures for core functions of our business
• Support execution of community events - including forums, experiences, and digital workshops

Responsibilities

▪ Assisting in the origination and execution of specialty lending transactions for domestic, foreign, public, and private entities
▪ Performing comprehensive financial, actuarial, and mathematical modeling and analysis
▪ Participating in and completing a thorough due diligence process on customer financial, business, and actuarial profiles, including, a thorough evaluation of key transaction risk factors
▪ Assisting in the write-up of internal financing memoranda
▪ Managing and executing tasks encompassing valuation, accounting, and other technical issues with regard to transactions
▪ Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on the financial evolution of each portfolio company and on the overall lending book
▪ Assisting in various other tasks related to transactions, investor relations, and fundraising

▪ Educated to an undergraduate degree level or higher in a related field
▪ Excellent corporate finance, accounting, and financial modeling skills
▪ Proven full-time work experience in a related field (minimum 3 years)
▪ Insurance experience is a plus and Experience with Small Business Enterprise Loans is preferred

▪ Able to produce client-ready written materials and present these in a measured clear and articulate way
▪ Results-oriented individual with excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills
