The Research and Analytics Manager is part of the Publicis Media Data Intelligence team, responsible for supporting integrated data, research, reporting and analytics requirements through proprietary and syndicated products and solutions.  The thrust is to enhance operational efficiency and scale solutions, further bringing incremental value and growth to Publicis clients.

Based in Pasay, the Philippines, this position is responsible for the oversight, execution and monitoring of ongoing implementation of the Ethics and Compliance Program in the Philippines and across the Southeast Asia (SEA) region. This position will report to the Regional Ethics and Compliance Officer for SEA.

The core responsibilities for this role include:

• Implement and maintain a robust Prevention of Sexual Harassment Standard designed to comply with the Philippines’ legal requirements. Provide effective advisory and oversight on related PSHD compliance processes in the Philippines

• Lead Ethics and Compliance program agenda in collaboration with Site Leaders and Country Manager of the Philippines in maintaining a culture of high ethical standards and integrity

• Execute effective compliance due diligence activities under Visa’s global programs including AML, ATF, Sanctions as well as ABC, COI, PSHD and other compliance policies and procedures for the Philippines businesses and SEA based staff and clients. 

• Continually identify opportunities for efficiencies while ensuring sufficient controls are in place, partner with the business to drive process and control improvements

• Handle queries and provide subject matter advice on various Visa Compliance Programs from both internal and external stakeholders

• Work closely with Legal and Government Engagement to maintain an understanding of the legal and regulatory landscape including the support and maintenance of the legal and regulatory obligations inventory as it applies to Visa

• Support internal audits and regulatory requests, ensure satisfactory resolution of any audit findings and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Ecommerce Planning (40%):

· Develop strategies and makes in-depth recommendations based on a strong grasp of analytics, eCommerce Affiliate marketing & Influencers Affiliate Campaign

· Manages the daily workflow of all client campaigns, and works with various internal and external stakeholders, including Ecommerce Retailers (Shopee, Tiki, Lazada), Social Commerce Channel (TikTok) and Affiliate Publishers to deliver campaign objectives.

· Be aware of opportunities to drive revenue streams from existing relationships and leverage cases from existing relationships to create new relationships.

· Monitor sales trends and evaluate forecasts through an analysis of key performance indicators (KPI), prepare reports, and share the results with the central planning and the e-commerce corporate team.

· Work closely with the KOLs/KOCs team on commercial/incentive planning, and operation. Especially, Client stakeholders within the brand marketing team and brand ecommerce champions to ensure brand consistency.

· Transform data into actionable, easy-to-read output to drive performance, insights, and outcomes.

· Analyze data and structure relevant information for the client's benefit, in line with business indicators specific to their industry (eg: FMCG, retail…)

· Develop strategies and makes in-depth recommendations based on a strong grasp of commerce and media analytics, eCommerce full funnel Affiliate/Influencer marketing, and full funnel media best practices.

· Manages the daily workflow of all client campaigns, and works with various internal and external stakeholders, including Ecommerce Retailers (Shopee, Tiki, Lazada), Social Commerce Channel (TikTok), Quick Commerce (Grab/Foodpanda) and Affiliate Publishers to deliver campaign objectives.

Performance and Optimization (60%):

· Analyze, track, and optimize on an ongoing basis effective benchmark for measuring the campaigns performance including GMV, ROAS and other important metrics of AMS

· Proactively make strategic recommendations to meet campaign goals and improve performance.

· Communicate with internal stakeholders on project development, timelines, and results. Work closely with the other team members to meet goals.

· Timely execution of promotional levers to deliver against strategic category goals.

· Optimize promotional effectiveness on eCommerce Campaigns, specific Affiliate Programs, and well collaboration with KOL/KOCs to win D-day and achieve P&L monthly.

· In charge of campaign implementation, and budget management on relevant eCommerce platforms (Tiki, Shopee, Lazada etc), other online acquisition channels: affiliate marketing, social commerce media (Tiktok), to achieve GMV target.

· Work closely with E-Retail partners & Affiliate Vendors to ensure smooth cooperation while implementing the campaign and build the optimization tactics to keep pattern growth month on month campaign.

· Forecast sales performance trends (GMV, ROAS), provide solutions on optimization and quick actions to meet the KPIs within a very tight period.

· Responsible for regular reports on Ecommerce campaigns (daily, monthly, campaign) and handling ad hoc tasks if any.

The Social and Influencer Manager will play a core role in supporting development of our influencer and social communities around the world, including the tools they use, case studies they access and best practice they share.

Core Role:

· Support and grow our influencer and organic social communities.

· Help to expand usage of Fluency, our global influencer sourcing and management tool, including managing users, planning training sessions with the developers and tracking development/roadmap requests.

· Actively support local content teams on pitches and ideation, including sharing relevant case studies, selecting influencers and building presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support and grow our influencer and organic social communities

· Prepare decks and select content for monthly calls for the two communities.

· Tracking and sharing best in class work. Oversee the global content team’s case study library.

· Maintain and contribute to Teams channels, sharing relevant content from social platforms and research pieces.

· Confidently provide input in meetings and develop presentation skills to share topics and information.

· Up-to-date with trends and use data to understand performance

2. Assist in the development and usage of Fluency

· Develop a strong understanding of the tool, and work alongside the Fluency product lead to develop materials and credentials to help users and client teams understand its value.

· Develop a close relationship with customer success managers at our developers. Work with them to plan training sessions and ensure teams are up to date with latest platform developments.

· Manage users and divisions on the tool.

· Keep track of development requests from users.

3. Actively support content teams in local markets

· Develop and maintain best in class influencer and social case studies from across the network and be ready to share relevant examples for pitches and requests.

· Use the Fluency tool to identify and share relevant influencer profiles for pitch decks.

· Manage multi-market requests around pricing, influencer strategy and selection.

· Help to educate teams outside of the content practice on why content matters and how influencer and social media marketing is core to effective content programs.

4. Wider support for the Global Publicis Media Content Innovation team

· Produce deliverables in Excel, Word and PowerPoint with accuracy and attention to detail.

· Prioritise work-load, manage tasks and liaise with team members on a daily basis to ensure projects are delivered on time.

· Develop an understanding of all Publicis brands, services and practices.
