What will you do?

Exploring and conceptualising creative solutions from the concept to final design and production

• Participating in creative critiques during the creative process
• Provide visual communication solutions that are on time and cost-effective to the business.
• To complete all graphic design work in support of Aurecon’s brand function.
• Provide bid support for the global Winning Work team.
• To provide video production support to the Multimedia Designer.
• Active participation within the Creative Team across Aurecon.
• Develop brand material in alignment with the Aurecon Identity Guidelines.
• Supervision/management of design projects as required, experienced in managing and presenting to stakeholders/clients.

Experience and Expertise

• 7 years minimum of visual communication design experience
• Strong English communication skills
• Excellent technical skills. Must be highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite design applications (print and digital).
• Experience in Premiere Pro and After Effects is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with the ability to convert design outputs into Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with global businesses under limited supervision.
• Strong typographic and layout skills.
• High sense of urgency and accuracy.
• Sound time and project management with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Good understanding of the digital communication space including social media platforms.
• Creative/lateral thinker with an understanding of the visual execution of a brand in a variety of applications.

This role will lead a small delivery team to ensure prompt delivery of service to the responsible clients and make sure the quality of the data insight that we deliver to clients, by proposing optimal analytical solutions with actionable business insight, based on a deep understanding of client needs and robust analytical expertise across various NielsenIQ solutions. 

Client Servicing 

• Maintain an accurate, complete, up-to-date and insightful client business profiles to be shared with client’s senior management  
• Ensure client service standards are implemented and enhanced as client expectations continue to evolve and change in the market. 
• Address client business needs, diagnosing business issues and agreeing solutions that fully supporting clients’ objectives in order to deliver high growth for  NielsenIQ business while meeting the company's quality standards. 
• Liaise with other client service associates from RMS, CPS and RV team as well as other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategies and message for each client. 
• Ensure all client projects deliver high value to clients with a demonstrated return on investment. 
• Build and maintain ongoing relationships with the identified key persons within the client organization 
• Assist in ensuring adherence to the approved company policies on business conduct/ethics when servicing clients. 

People Management 

• Establish high standards of performance and hold associates firmly accountable for meeting with those standards. 
• Provide support, recognition and feedback to assist associates towards achieving the performance expectations and standards 
• Act as coach, guide and mentor to employees and prepare succession plan for the team  
• Ensure effective performance management system is implemented and aligned with regional directions in order to recognize desired performance for business advantage

• Support Sales Team to develop plans to grow our business in existing NielsenIQ clients including but not limited to RFP process, collaboration with internal stakeholders, and sales pitch. 
• Contribute to new business initiatives and participate in the development and deployment of the initiatives.  
• Provide continuous feedback on competitive activities within assigned clients. 

Organizational Management and Development 

• Ensure alignment of the delivery team that will enable the business unit to achieve the overall business objectives 
• Work across functional business units to support organizational initiatives and business needs 
• Promote inter-departmental and inter-divisional communications and teamwork 
• Recommend improvements in work processes within area of responsibility  
• Responsible for internal projects assigned by the company

Role Overview

We are currently in search of a skilled and seasoned Social Media Manager to join our crypto news and media team. We seek an individual who is deeply ingrained in the crypto culture, already a part of the crypto native community, and actively engaged in following industry news and trends.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of social media management, be deeply immersed in crypto culture, understand US and European audiences, and demonstrate fluency in English grammar. A sense of humor and attention to detail are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms like Twitter, Telegram, Linkedin, and others.
• Build brand awareness and drive engagement through strategic social media initiatives.

• Familiarity engaging with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Bard, Dall-E, and Midjourney.
• Full crypto native and plugged into the culture, with an emphasis on US and European audience
• Ability to work independently and remotely with a portion of your availability during peak hours U.S. Eastern Time (somewhere between 8am ⁠— 6pm GMT-5)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
