Working as a member of the Support Operations Team, this role will provide day-to-day support, maintenance and implementation of new features across multiple channels and brands in our Zendesk instance.  You will play a pivotal role in the ongoing success of our  Support Teams and the wider Customer Experience function through the implementation and ownership of customer focused processes, systems management and reporting, whilst promoting consistency and the adoption of best practice. Reporting

• Design, deliver and maintain technical monitoring reports and dashboards, across multiple systems, to ensure that our Support Teams and the wider Customer Experience organisation have the visibility to serve our customers in an informed and proactive manner

• Assist in internal and statutory audits by providing necessary documentation and addressing inquiries.
• Oversee the renewal of business permits and other municipal tax requirements.
• Conduct tax update training sessions for relevant stakeholders.
• Provide support for the financial planning and forecasting of tax related disbursements
• Liaise with Corporate Secretary for the preparation and handling of legal documents
• Work closely with the Asia and International tax teams requiring PH assistance
• Preparing ad-hoc non-recurring report as and when required internally by management

Responsibilities:

• Implement product features in C# according to business and technical specifications.

• Participate in agile development ceremonies and requirement gathering meetings.
• Follow established software development process to produce high quality code.
• Identify problems and suggest steps for improvement.
• Actively take part in technical discussions and code reviews. 

• Experience writing ASP .Net Core applications.
• Understanding of OOP fundamentals. SOLID Principles, Data Structures, Algorithms etc.
• Strong understanding of C# and .Net- CLR, JIT, Data Types, Common Class Libraries.
• Strong understanding of HTTP and Web services.
• Knowledge about RESTful services.
• Experience in using an ORM such as Entity Framework.
• Knowledge about common design patterns and good practices.
• Understanding of Relational or non-Relational Databases.
• Proficiency in Git version control and branching strategies.
• Ability to accept constructive feedback and take actions accordingly.
• Proficiency in Unit Testing using VS or other Unit testing tools.
