Job Responsibilities:

1. Personnel, Payroll Administration

3. Human Resources Business Partner

- Provide support to management in recruitment, selection, induction and retention of new hires with Omron DNA within a pre-defined process, timeline and key performance indicators.
- Coordinate and support management in the performance management cycle processes across the region regarding performance development reviews, performance improvement activities, mid year reviews, personal development planning, talent reviews and succession planning.

The General Manager has overall responsibility and accountability for managing operations, ensuring the deployment of qualified Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) is fulfilled efficiently and effectively. They ensure compliance with relevant rules and regulations governing recruitment and mobilization of Filipino workers, as specified by the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW), while maintaining the organization’s financial stability.

Responsibilities:

• Manage compliance with Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) regulations.
• Oversee HR, accounting, and finance functions, including payroll and invoicing for OFWs and other deployed personnel.

Must-have Skills / Qualification:

• 10+ years of professional experience in a progressive company.
• 5+ years in a managerial position handling operations, HR, or finance.
• Familiarity with financial and accounting fundamentals (e.g., balance sheets, income statements, tax regulations).
• Must be able to problem-solve with common sense and work with diverse teams.
• knowledge of Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) regulations and proven ability to manage compliance.
• Experience overseeing HR, accounting, and finance operations, including payroll and invoicing for OFWs or similar deployed personnel.
