The candidate will manage a myriad of organizational change initiatives for Visa. The candidate will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, tools, and technology. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage of new tools and business processes and minimize resistance to changes. The change manager will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact Visa’s employees. • Design, develop, execute and manage organizational change management strategies and plan
