The Senior Program Coordinator is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Hiring Managers and Supplier Partners, whilst managing the full lifecycle of the requisition process including requisition intake, shortlisting, requisition management, and reporting. The Social and Influencer Manager will play a core role in supporting development of our influencer and social communities around the world, including the tools they use, case studies they access and best practice they share.

Summary

Responsible for establishing, implementing, maintaining and improving Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) management system in accordance with the ib vogt’s corporate policies, the applicable local regulations, and international standards (e.g. the Equator Principles IV, the IFC Performance Standard, and the IFC General EHS Guidelines).

You will report to the Head of EPC APAC and be a member of the management team. The position will have a functional reporting line to the E&S Manager, APAC.

Strategy and Capacity Building

• Establish and maintain a robust regional HSE long-term and short-term objectives including policies, procedures, and work plans to contribute the achievement of ib vogt’s HSE vision and mission.
• Develop and implement HSE management system in accordance with the prevailing regulations, international standards and ib vogt’s strategy.
• Continually review and update the prevailing applicable HSE regulation and other international standards register including its compliance program.

• Oversee Project Main EPC contractors’ HSE performances against agreed standards during construction phase.
