Job Summary

Responsible for all aspects of assigned technical projects. • Plans and coordinates all aspects of technical projects from initiation through delivery.

The Workforce Planning Manager is responsible for analyzing, forecasting, and planning workforce supply and demand, as well as talent needs and gaps, to ensure that an organization has the right people with the right skills to support its business objectives.

The Workforce Planning Manager is responsible for (but not limited to):

• Analysing, implementing, and monitoring workforce planning initiatives to optimise and scale the evolving workforce and long-range plans.

The Support Analyst provides end-user support in creating documentation for recurring tasks as well as assisting the team in setting up user accounts. This person diagnoses, troubleshoots and resolves basic and moderate technical problems. This person operates under defined processes and procedures and makes decisions regarding short-term priorities and work activities requiring interpretation of guidelines, policies and procedures. We are currently looking for a new Social Media Manager to join our team, who will be in charge of running multiple social media accounts on platforms including but not limited to Facebook and Instagram.

This would include creating regular posts on our social media platforms (photo posts, video posts and news article links created on easy-to-use platforms like Canva). Some content topics would be provided to you, and you would also be monitoring media regularly for stories and news relating to the Foundation's areas of work in order to come up with your own content ideas. All content would be focused on promoting awareness about improving animal welfare and sustainability.

The Social Media Manager will also work with other colleagues to brainstorm new ways to increase Lever Foundation's online presence and regional/global reach. Other work including helping draft online blogs and similar written content may occasionally be part of the job role.

This role will be based in the Philippines and will be part-time.
