  • Corporate Income Tax
  • Documentary stamp tax
  • E-submission of tax listings such as monthly alphalist, input VAT & output VAT

• Runs and prepares the annual books of accounts submission.

• Files and maintains tax and legal documents and other financial records. To ensure completeness and orderliness based on established guidelines on filing system and retention period.
• Assist in legal document request related to corporate secretary and other bidding requirements of business units.

• Lead the VAT refund application.

Your Responsibilities  

As our Business Manager – Operations, you will be responsible for providing day–to–day support to our Chief Operating Officer (COO), a member of the executive team, based in Zurich, Switzerland.
