What will you do?

The IT Quality Assurance Engineer's role is to provide expertise in planning, designing, and executing test scripts that ensure the quality and functionality of any designed IT solution. • Help develop a testing strategy for the assigned functional squad

• Take the lead in executing test strategy 

• Help triage and manage defects/issues reported during testing activity

Service Delivery

• Executes service scheduling of all contract & job sales, effectively communicates and responds to clients’ service requirements and queries within the Portfolio;
