The Client Service Rep is responsible for providing support to clients of Compliance Services.  The Compliance Services team provide services to the pharmaceutical and med device industries.  Work including Transparency Support and Outsourcing, Grants Management, HCP Screening and Tiering, and HCP Contracting.  Our teams need to provide service that is very accurate, timely, and with good customer service. 

The Client Service Rep delivers work every day using our proprietary software.  For that reason, comfort using technologies is critical.  Detailed process orientation and superior communication skills is very important.  Experience with pharmaceutical compliance regulations is helpful but not required.  Experience with legal contract concepts is helpful.      

Responsibilities:

• HCP Contracting

• After getting system generated requests, develop contract for HCPs using given templates.
• Communicate with the HCP regarding contracts, obtain signatures, answer questions.

• General

• Effectively communicates requests for required information (e.g., missing information, clarification of information, documentation)
• Provide updates to team management on status of work, and issues addressed.
• Ensure work delivered is of good quality.
• Adherence to various policies (i.e. confidentiality, sensitive communication, intellectual property)

• Proficiency in MS-Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Comfortable using various technologies to perform work.

ITRS has a DevOps team that creates and supports its Continuous integration, build and similar systems. We are now building its next generation observability platform with the capability to collect, store and analyse the vast amount of data generated by banks and financial institutions.

Crucial to the adoption of our product is a streamlined client deployment and management process. With around 200 clients we are faced with different levels of complexity, automation, and sophistication in the deployment process – complexity which we need to take into account when developing, testing and marketing the product.

ITRS is looking to strengthening its DevOps team with an Engineer with experience in Kubernetes-based systems as well as a background in more standard software development DevOps.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will:

• Report to our Engineering Manager and work with the Engineering team in developing a flexible DevOps infrastructure to help develop a data collection, storage and analytics platform and a user-centric application that enables the use and visualisation of data.
• Work with Product, Engineering, TechComms, and Support to define, document, and promote best practices around deployment and management of the system.
• Help clients and early adopters to deploy the stack.
• Improve the manageability and supportability of the stack – this includes working with Product to define new features required to make the product easier to manage.
• Actively participate in proposing, planning and implementing DevOps solutions.
• Be an active part of the DevOps team that is supporting an Engineering team developing both the existing Geneos product and the new analytics-based platform, sharing best practices, providing support, sharing knowledge and generally collaborating to solve the most pressing issues at hand.

You will have:

• Understanding of networking and TCP/IP.

1. Fully responsible for the project engineering management of the property where the project is located, handling and solving engineering technology, quality, progress and other aspects of the problem and follow up implementation

2. Responsible for the daily management and maintenance of the engineering aspects of the property where the project is located, cooperate with the property manager to promote the project progress

3. Responsible for the daily maintenance of the property where the strong and weak electric fire, air conditioning, elevator, water supply and drainage equipment and facilities

4. Responsible for the construction progress of outsourcing projects Construction quality Supervise and check the reasonableness of the project

5. Responsible for the secondary decoration drawings review, site supervision, completion acceptance and related coordination work

6. Familiar with the type of site, room distribution, internal and external structure of the property, the distribution of the pipeline of the auxiliary equipment, water, electricity, gas and fire fighting system, and the location of the main control of the pipeline, as well as the performance and usage status of the equipment

7.Manage and train the construction skills of the maintenance workers, and provide maintenance operators with equipment Training on principles, maintenance precautions and safety, maintenance staff maintenance task allocation plan, supervision, training, appraisal and evaluation of property maintenance staff shifts, and coordination with other teams or departments.

8. Responsible for the management of maintenance and construction units, customize the purchase of materials for maintenance projects and new construction projects in the property, send them to the higher management for review on time, make records of replacement of parts, analyze and report them monthly.

9. Responsible for the management of the whole process of using, maintaining, renovating and transforming the equipment in the property until it is scrapped, so that the equipment is always in good working condition.

10. Validate the equipment under the jurisdiction of the year, quarter and month.

12. Responsible for the development of safety operation procedures and regulations for the equipment under the jurisdiction of the company and supervise their implementation.

13. Responsible for the arrangement of maintenance tasks, supervision and inspection, control of maintenance materials and quality of maintenance.

14.Complete other tasks assigned by superior.
