Scope of Role

As a Support Engineer, you will:

Be the primary contact between the Engineering organization, ITRS Client Services, and other departments looking for development assistance.

Analyze Help Desk tickets assigned to the Engineering team:

The business received its first outside investment three years ago and has grown significantly, including growing our product set from its core of a Transport Management System (TMS) to launching in the US and expanding to offering a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
