Service Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the market Service Fulfilment team by working with IT solutions on the market, developing tools, invoicing and creating various analyses to secure a high-performing organisation in the market service fulfilment network including:

Your assignment

• Responsible for creating performance reports from IT solutions to enable a high performing daily operation and an efficient distribution network connected to service fulfilment including capacity utilization, delivery performance and shipment life cycle with a focus on quality and a customer-centric collaborative mind-set to enable competitiveness of IKEA in a multichannel environment and support long-term growth and profitability.

• Throughout the process of fulfilment, always keep the customers updated on the position of delivery and ensure the quality of all information being passed on.
• Oversee the interface between IB and SSS, to ensure clarity and alignment of all parts of the supply chain.
• In coordination and cooperation with sales management, ensure that after-sales services related to fulfilment are done with precision and to the highest possible standard.

• 100% automation, implement GitOps principle, build, deploy and ship infrastructure for cloud-native software solutions using Terraform and ArgoCD.

What will you do?

In this position you will join our Infrastructure business, where you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that ‘bring ideas to life’ for our clients across all types of infrastructure projects - from rural access roads to complex freeways, toll roads, system interchanges and water security.

• Minimum 4-5 years professional experience in engineering consulting specialising in geotechnical engineering;
• Recognised Civil Engineering qualification (Bachelor/Master Degree);
• Proven technical proficiency and experience in geotechnical and foundation design and analysis on infrastructure projects in Singapore, including foundations, deep excavation, basement cofferdam design and strutting system – permanent and temporary works;
• Sound understanding and application of Hongkong design codes and commonly used geotechnical analysis software including PLAXIS 2D and 3D
• A proven ability to be able to understand the ground and model it in all its complexity, and to understand construction sequencing of foundations, retaining walls and basement projects;
• Energetic, proactive, reliable team player with excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of customer service principles and working closely with Contractors.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Undertake geotechnical engineering design and analysis on infrastructure construction projects;
• Use initiative to resolve tasks or problems that arise at a competent level;
• Work independently or as part of a team;
• Prepare detailed well written reports or sections of reports;
• Communicate clearly with colleagues, with Hongkong’s team and managers and clients.

Who are you?

• Been a Fullstack engineer or similar roles with 5+ years of experience
• Proficiency with VueJS and NodeJS (Typescript)
• Proficiency with MongoDB and creation of indexes using ESR
• Coded microservices that are modular and reusable
• Understand Clean/Hexagonal architecture, SOLID principles, ACID, Idempotency
• Strong advocate for quality; unit test coverage, security bug fixes, proper documentation
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with Agile teams
• Knowledge of cloud architecture (AWS, GCP) and when to use serverless/PaaS
• Experience building and deploying microservices to Kubernetes
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Position: Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

• Review and respond to conversations in the app CRM solution HubSpot.
• You care a lot about education and spending time making sure a customer feels heard and understood, while also teaching them how to use the app.
• Build customer loyalty and satisfaction, through onboarding, product adoption, retention and growth.
• Drive platform adoption by ensuring the user has the correct understanding and knowledge of the platform and financial parameters.
• Own and manage the customer success playbook, including general product knowledge, general financial industry knowledge/terminology, stock market and banking holidays, branding and language guidelines, etc.
• Manage and report on the overall health of the client relationship to internal stakeholders.
• Work with Marketing to craft responses to commonly asked questions, including maintaining the FAQ section on the website, bot responses, in person customer care responses, and customer educational materials.
• Use your knowledge of customer needs to help build out the product roadmap.
• Maintain metrics to understand customer happiness, including NPS, customer service conversation ratings, first response times, time to close customer conversations, etc.
• Create Customer Success Plans (CSP) that set the tone for the relationship and measure goals over time.
• Must be confident and possess solid communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.

Implement the regional Support Engineering Strategy and Policy in the CC

• Lead implementation of standards of customer service and satisfaction and the associated

The QA Engineer executes manual and automated testing by writing scripts and creating automation scenarios for repeated execution. Using different automation tools, the QA Engineer will design, test, and deploy effective test automation solutions.

• Works with the Agile Program Manager (APM), Digital Product Manager (DPM), and Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to document and plan test cases for regression, Integration, and automation test plans and test cases.
• Writes test automation scripts (ie. Java,Java script, Python, C# etc.)
• Troubleshoots existing automation and optimizes the automation framework
• Supports functional validation and sprint activities
• Communicates with development teams, other product teams, and management to ensure proper test coverage of existing and new features and functionality.
• Test both front end and back end application using SQL (MSSQL)
• Build upon an existing framework to develop & execute automated test plans against developed features. Identify and report defects, work with team to resolve.
• Continuous improvement of automation framework and workflow processes, keep solutions up to date with latest technologies
• Lead scrum test teams by example - encourage collaboration, contribution and commitment to the teams shared goals.
