Service Delivery Manager is the main contact point in each specific Global Area for the Regional Delivery organization for client related requests or issues. The Test Management Team is accountable to manage the various test campaigns in the context of the maintenance of the application landscape of our clients during SIT (System Integration Test – internally) and UAT (User Acceptance Test – with the client) phases.
