• Assist in tracking overall VA morale and identify staff at risk, coordinate with Team Leads and the client to best retain if situation warrants
• Maintain accurate records of operations, prepare reports, and generate metrics to monitor and evaluate team performance.
• Support in interviewing, training, onboarding and offboarding of new team members, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to succeed in their respective roles.

• Previous experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role

• Good knowledge of operations management

Responsibilities: 

• Assisting the COO in managing client communications, including email follow-ups, call scheduling, and deal progress tracking.
• Re-engaging past leads to set up discussions with the COO.

• Aiding in the creation of effective emails using Apollo (with training provided).
• Assisting in contract preparation.
• Managing invoice creation, billing processes, and follow-up for timely payments.

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in an advertising agency, marketing agency, market research agency, or recruitment agency. 
• Proficiency in G-Suite, HubSpot, and Notion is advantageous.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem-solving approach and eagerness to learn.
