The Client Service Rep is responsible for providing support to clients of Compliance Services.  The Compliance Services team provide services to the pharmaceutical and med device industries.  Work including Transparency Support and Outsourcing, Grants Management, HCP Screening and Tiering, and HCP Contracting.  Our teams need to provide service that is very accurate, timely, and with good customer service.

About the Event Project Manager

The primary driver of in-person events, you would be project managing event deliverables related to a specific clinical study whilst keeping the IMC Project Manager (responsible for overall IMC study deliverables) abreast of status, progress, risks and issues. The Event Project Manager will work with Vendors and Venue Managers, Delegate Coordinators and Finance support roles as well as Strategy, Creative and Content teams developing project components and are responsible for ensuring events projects are delivered on time, in budget and exceed expectations.  

We’ll look to this role for their event project management expertise, good relational management skills, proficiency in vendor management, issue resolution and drive for quality delivery.

The Event Project Manager will oversee deliverables for face to face events and virtual engagements with direct responsibility for budget control, delegate management oversight, vendor liaison and an in-depth knowledge of event compliance regulations relevant to the healthcare sector.  Act as a central point of contact for internal and external clients, keeping them updated on status, anticipating their requests and proactively managing solutions.

This position is home based in collaboration with a global team at IQVIA and with our clients and healthcare professionals.

Activities may include:

• Coordinating or overseeing the delegate invitation, registration and travel logistics management for face to face meetings using preferred vendors and platform (Cvent, Amex, DMCs)
• Cost reconciliation
• Status reporting
• Contract review, terms and execution coordination
• Creating and maintaining event project plans
• Manage post meeting activities, reporting, follow ups and metrics

Who You Are

Seasoned:

You have proven experience in international event and relationship management demonstrating 5-7 years of delivering life sciences events. You are proficient in project management platforms such as Smartsheet and MS Project. You strive to provide quality customer service and have exceptional attention to detail. Experience of both live and virtual event delivery is preferred.

Being part of a team of Trading & Supply Credit Analysts, who undertake all regular (often daily) Credit Activities primarily in support of all T&S entities, including: Insurance Management activities from the SEE Sales Offices (i.e. Italy and Spain), specifically in receiving and processing of Credit Limit requests from the Sales Team, communication of the outcome and a possible negotiation, and other Controls monitoring and reporting actions. Credit Re-Assessments and ad hoc credit assessment requests, specifically performing robust quantitative and qualitative analysis of the counterparties Shell trades with to confirm and recommend Credit Ratings, Credit Limits and terms. Regular Credit Operations, specifically system updates and Credit Advice. Operations are an important part of the Trading & Supply Credit function requiring specialist, fast and dependable service to avoid downside risk, support the deal lifecycle and ensure it operates within the Credit control framework. This team will become the future fourth office, which will be part of the Global Credit Underwriting & Operations Team (Houston, London, Singapore and Manila) and one of four global teams in the Global Trading & Supply organisation that is focused on instilling operational excellence.
