Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Service Delivery

• Executes service scheduling of all contract & job sales, effectively communicates and responds to clients’ service requirements and queries within the Portfolio;

• Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including HP/Aruba switches, access points, and Palo Alto SD-WAN
• Administer and optimize cloud resources within Azure, Oracle Cloud, AWS, and Alibaba Cloud, ensuring cost-efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure the availability and performance of databases including Oracle, DB2, MS SQL Server, and MySQL.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including system upgrades, patching, security configurations, and equipment monitoring using cloud-native and on-premises tools.
• Identify and troubleshoot infrastructure issues, implementing solutions to maintain uptime and performance..
• Manage and administer Windows Server, Oracle, Ubuntu, and other Linux-based systems.
• Collaborate with IT teams across other disciplines to ensure smooth integration and problem resolution.

Position Overview:

This position reports to Group Director-Marketing Strategy and Thailand Operations and is responsible for creating and implementing an Events & Promotions strategy and lead activities in Philippines. The objective for this role consists of generating qualified leads, tours and package sales in line with budgeted targets, together with Quality Control, team management and training. The Marketing Events and Promotions Manager is also responsible for opening new locations and looking for new activities and events to increase sales possibilities, while controlling marketing cost and deliver as budgeted VPG. This person should also train, coach and groom the new Marketing Events and Promotions sales staff on how to approach to customers and generate qualified leads and tours for Anantara Vacation Club, given the standards and corporate branding protocols. Furthermore, the role also includes the involvement of oversee concept creation, managing design, purchasing and managing event vendors from beginning to the end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and develop overall strategy for Events and Promotions team goals in Philippines
• Train, coach and groom new E&P team members on promoting Holiday Escapes Minivacation packages
• Manage payroll related activities for E&P Philippines team
• Meet/exceed preview package sales and leads generation goals through developing marketing campaigns, promotions & tactical offers in the Philippines
• Build an annual events calendar and pipeline to generate team targets
• Continuously seek to lower the cost of event rentals and production cost
• Ensure to maintain a good VPG (as budgeted)
• Ensure that reports associated with cost and deliverables are created and tracked weekly
• Keep track of the competitors regarding special promotions, rate packages and premiums
• Build up good rapport with key stakeholders and associates of AVC
• Follow process and maintain data, system and reports
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets and objectives as set by the department
• Open new locations and continuously seek partnerships with new event vendors
• Create and design concept and follow through with purchase and deliveries
• Sell concept to vendors to get event opportunities at a better discount
