About the Job:

This is a remote work opportunity. 

As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for looking for new customers, and working with the Driver Manager to prepare proposals, request quotes, and negotiate service terms and conditions for customers.

Given that Fast Track has been around for 25 years you will need to understand all of our customers and the nuances that accompany certain orders. You will also need to learn and know our pricing structure to ensure Fast Track maintains its profit margins. Finally, as the company grows, you will also discuss product offerings with customers to help meet their unique needs. 

You should be growth-minded, persistent, enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in both a team and independently. An inclination to roll up your sleeves and solve problems by doing whatever is needed to get the job done is essential.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Grow revenue from $1 million to $3 million by the end of year two.

3. Research and develop new lines of business
2. Increase profit margins from 35% to 45% by the end of year two

• 3-5 years of relevant sales experience,

General Ledger

• Process all month end journals as agreed with the CFO

• Assist with any royalty and commission payments required
• Prepare the monthly BAS for CFO review and lodgments

Management Reporting

Systems Development

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Bait Stations – Count the bait boxes of the technicians from previous day, check if there are duplicate pictures, missing boxes
• Inbound Call – Assist callers (property manager, tenant or super) for any general concerns (asking where tech is, asking for timeframe, asking when the next service will be). For any scheduling, rescheduling, or service complaint, it must be transferred to the office.
• Technician Calls – Assists technicians to gain access in the building. Other technician concerns must be transferred to the office. For any no access, we must add note on Pestpac regarding what happened.
• Appointment confirmations – Contact the superintendent to confirm the scheduled service 24 hours before. Agents are expected to send emails to management if needed.
• Rescheduling (technician emergency or holiday) – expected to do an outbound call and send an email to management regarding the changes of schedule.
• Scheduling. Call tenants and schedule specific service requested by management. Expected to check the scheduler and the availability of the technicians.

• Excellent communication skills - Oral and written.
• At least 6 months of experience in Customer Service.
• Strong attention to details and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.

Position: 16907841027 - eCommerce & Amazon Marketplace Manager

Working Hours/Shift: M-F, TBD; 9am-5pm EST

Salary Range:  1300-1500 USD/month

Overview: 

As the eCommerce and Amazon Marketplace Manager, you will manage our storefront in both strategic and operational capacities, driving revenue and conversion goals specifically focused on Amazon. This is an opportunity to scale aggressively, as one of the best opportunities for rapid growth within the business today. Success in this role requires a self-starter mindset, high degree of ownership, drive, and the ability to leverage data in support of making site merchandising decisions. Ultimate title and seniority dependent on candidate experience.

Responsibilities: 

● Work both strategically and tactically to scale our Amazon channel, optimizing our storefront to drive sales and conversion

● Lead and manage the eCommerce and marketing strategy for our Amazon storefront

● Define and implement a collaborative planning process to develop sales forecasts, plans and strategies

● Work to enhance site content, SEO and merchandising of product descriptions and data

● Generate and deliver weekly and monthly reporting, including sales, promotions, conversion, etc

● Analyze and interpret data to uncover successes and opportunities that will assist in delivering objectives

● Manage day-to-day Amazon operations including but not limited to creating & monitoring active product offerings, product ranking, inventory management, and enhancing our presence on Amazon.com

● Maintain & monitor product reviews and customer feedback to ensure a high seller rating, customer feedback scores, and account health, and provide a continuous feedback loop to Growth, Finance and Product team

Qualifications:

● 3-6 years of experience growing a DTC business on Amazon

● Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines, make timely decisions, anticipate problems and adjust as priorities shift

● Team-oriented, collaborative worker while still being able to work independently

● Comfortable with solving for both business and customer challenges

● Familiarity with business issues, ability to quickly learn, and ability to be comfortable with ambiguity, unsolved problems, and uncertainty
