Job Summary

Responsible for all aspects of assigned technical projects. Your Assignment

• Support the IKEA Kitchen Production Team to strengthen the IKEA Food Concept, reinforcing IKEA's position as a leader in the local market.

Business Development:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase market acceptance of the entire assigned product portfolio and strengthen the 'Santen' corporate brand in the Philippines.

Job Summary: Provide production support during batch cycle (high severity tickets). Handle triage tickets for investigation of issue. Will be supporting existing IBS Core Banking system. Enhancement of existing applications in a service delivery perspective (focus on reliability).

What You Will Be Doing:

• Provides technical support activities for a software production processing environment.

• Installs, maintains and supports application/source code and/or its components and subsystems including third party software.

• Detects, diagnoses and reports related problems.

• Analyzes and resolves incidents, problems or known errors related to failures in application and supporting software components.

• Creates and maintains complete documentation relative to the support of application software.

• Provides twenty-four hour support for applications and supporting software.

• Provides consultation to internal users with regard to software capabilities and use.

• Follows escalation procedures, when appropriate, to resolve incidents, problems or known errors in a timely manner.

• Uses appropriate diagnostic tools to isolate and resolve incidents, problems or known errors.

• Plans and supports application specific disaster recovery activities including development and maintenance of documentation.

• Conducts production support validations/certifications and accepts turnover from development.

• Provides standardized operational reporting metrics to business as well as information technology management.

• Monitors and maintains product availability, capacity and performance for products based on defined service level.

• Provides support to the application security functionality and related administrative and audit services.

• Participates in change management reviews, confirmation of changes implemented and validate associated documentation.

• Ability to provide on-call support and extended working hours when called on and willingness to accept periodic rotation to primary 24hour on-call role, responding within prescribed response times.

• Other related duties assigned as needed.

What You Will Bring:

• Must have skills/tools/experience: Batch production support, IBM mainframe, JCL, CICS, COBOL

• Nice to have skills/tools/experience: IMS, DB2, Deposit system, Core Banking system

• More than 4 years of relevant work experience

• Must be amenable to work on shifting schedules

• Must be amenable to work on a Hybrid setup (twice a week onsite). Office location is at Ecoplaza Bldg, Makati City (Near Magallanes MRT Station, EDSA)

The Workforce Planning Manager is responsible for analyzing, forecasting, and planning workforce supply and demand, as well as talent needs and gaps, to ensure that an organization has the right people with the right skills to support its business objectives.

What you’ll do   

The Workforce Planning Manager is responsible for (but not limited to):

• Analysing, implementing, and monitoring workforce planning initiatives to optimise and scale the evolving workforce and long-range plans.
• Collaborating with business leaders, strategic planning, HR, Finance, and other stakeholders across the company to review existing and future workforce needs and to ensure alignment with business objectives and financial goals.
• Collecting, interpreting, and evaluating workforce metrics to provide data-driven insights for internal and external talent pool assessments, headcount reviews, forecasting and business scenario planning, reviewing processes, and monitoring plan effectiveness.
• Lead the development, execution, and communication of the company’s workforce planning roadmap to optimize and scale an evolving global workforce and to create strategic long-range plans.

We are currently looking for a new Social Media Manager to join our team, who will be in charge of running multiple social media accounts on platforms including but not limited to Facebook and Instagram.

This would include creating regular posts on our social media platforms (photo posts, video posts and news article links created on easy-to-use platforms like Canva). This is an on-site position. An on-site position must be consistently performed at an assigned Visa office location and require daily commute to the office location.

Primary Responsibilities:
Managing all daily operational activity, such as but not limited to:

• • Personnel performance, evaluations, priorities, training, certifications, scheduling, retention, and new hires.
  • Complete, and periodically maintain, proper departmental documention, such as but not limited to:

    • procedures,

  • Develop and maintain departmental and individual key performance indicators, per ticket-type SLOs, communication internal and content requirements, escalation SLAs, and reports that track key metrics associated to each.
  • Continually identify, define, and lead initiatives that improve the customer experience, reduce ticket duration, eliminate ticket creations, avoid repetitive tasks, and/or streamline ticket handling.
  • Maintain actual and forecasted personnel work demand calculators, with augments and training being completed prior to resource exhaustion.
  • Improve existing tools, data, and content utilized or provided by Tier 2 to customers, agents, and other AireSpring departments.
  • Act as the primary escalation point of contact for issues raised beyond technician and supervisors levels, and own a timely path to resolution and communication related to the escalation.
  • Implement and maintain a robust root cause data gathering method for all tickets and escalations, and seek to eliminate/reduce go-forward similar tickets and escalations through inter-departmental process/data improvement initiatives, customer/agent education, personnel training, documentation improvements, tool changes/development, and automation projects.
  • Set departmental standards, develop and maintain a robust quality assurance system, and manage the results to the standards. 
  • Ensure that the Tier 2 globally distributed technical support departments operate successfully 24x7 and that escalations and ticket management are performed by skilled and available resources during each shift.

The candidate will manage a myriad of organizational change initiatives for Visa. The candidate will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, tools, and technology. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage of new tools and business processes and minimize resistance to changes. The change manager will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact Visa’s employees. The candidate will support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans and apply a structured methodology while leading change management activities. Responsibilities also include: 

- Design, develop, execute and manage organizational change management strategies and plan
- Design, develop, deliver, and manage communications strategies, plans and deliverables to communicate about changes to tools and processes across the Corporate IT organization and Visa

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

The standard working hours for this role currently are from 5:00 pm to 2:00 am, local Manila time. When the work necessitates it, you may be required to work outside of the prescribed work hours.  Visa reserves the right to adjust the  standard working hours in future based on the business requirements
