WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

As the Manager of Global Total Rewards, you will provide support to our most important asset: our people. Your mission is to review, develop, and implement the best benefit & compensation strategies at Boldr. You will ensure that compensation and benefits programs support the organization's business objectives and meet all legal requirements. You will develop and manage compensation and benefits budgets.
