• Responsible for achieving the target sales and profitability, as well as strategizing in building the sales and promotion of the restaurant

• Prepares and Analyses profit and loss statement and identifies root causes of variances and opportunities to improve sales and performance. Knowledgeable in the overall computation and balance of Profitability and Loss.

• Capable in hitting the target Labor Costs and Food Costs as set by the management.

Operations Management

• Plans programs and strategies, and directs overall operations to promote customer loyalty and achieve the sales target of the restaurant on a monthly and yearly basis

• Act as Product and Service Quality Managers - ensuring products and services provided succeed the restaurant's standards

• Ensures Restaurant is passing the Quarterly Audit by Total Quality Management Department (Spot Cash and Rev Audit)

• Experience in hiring, training, scheduling, and handling inventory is an advantage.

People Management

• Ensures proper staffing across all stations (FOH and BOH) of the restaurant

• Constantly coaches and mentor Assistant Restaurant Manager, and Staffs regarding the restaurant standards and operating procedures

• Conducts frequent checks on every station to ensure product quality and service quality

• Supports the Key Account Managers, Regional Sales Managers & Area Sales Managers in creating effective sales & marketing campaigns and customer submissions for the Bosch Trade Market (e.g. New Product Introduction process support for Key Accounts, Internal Presentations as per divisional requirements and KAM support via customer sales reporting and submission calendar creation)
• Reports for KAMs for Key Account Monthly figures and including Competitor Analysis / Catalogue summary of competitors and customers
• Provides administrative support to the KAM team– purchasing processes and business procedures including KA New Line Forms, PromoTool setup, WorkOns and New Account Setup
• Monthly sales reporting for National/Regional Sales & Key Accounts
• Website maintenance for Key Accounts
• Ownership of all marketing collateral from KAM activities from customers and competitors
• Ensure all HSE procedures are followed and all incidents are reported accordingly
• Support KAMs / RSMs with daily tasks

Key tasks and responsibilities: 

• Provide leadership and guidance to a specialist team engaged with mobile equipment and fixed plant maintenance to: 

• Strengthen the safe work culture through actively leading and supporting Didipio’s safe systems of work.  

• Safely support the delivery of production targets  

• Collaborate closely with the Processing Manager in the planning and execution of maintenance activities. 

• Work closely with other operational leaders to develop and execute annual and Life of Mine plans for the business.  

• Responsible for managing all aspects of the Asset Maintenance, including safety,  performance outcomes, workflow management, reviewing and overseeing tasks, staff administration and professional development, consistent with technical principles and in an environment that is focused on integration, performance, and continuous improvement. 

• Manage the development of the forward maintenance program (including specific projects) for critical equipment through the development of detailed route maintenance strategies and analysis and interpretation of asset inventory, condition, history, treatment options, cost and other relevant information. 

• Review and improve business systems, processes and costs and report on activities, performance and issues against plans and budgets. 

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to the Asset President – Didipio Operations and other internal and external parties. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management 
• Prepare financial statements and monthly reports for management review
• Ensure compliance with NYS and federal tax regulations and filing requirements
• Reconcile bank statements 
• Collaborate with external accountants and auditors for tax preparation and financial audits
• Preparing grant-funded projects expenses claim documentation and evidence
• Financial forecasting and planning
• Collaborating on the creation of costings for client and project proposals
• Implement and maintain internal accounting policies and procedures
• Collaborating with our engineering team to develop and improve internal tools and systems for automating tedious finance-related tasks

• Responsible for testing and commissioning for the project, finalize the script and conduct the testing.
• To lead the project on stakeholder management, cost planning, consultant and contractor engagement, design management, construction management from onboarding to handover and closeout.
• On-site coordination of activities of the appointed project consultants in alignment with the project schedule and budget.
• Engage with project stakeholders (internal to the client) and external (e.g., industrial estates, authorities, and providers) in connection with the project.
• Ensure compliance to the T&T Commission Execution Plan (“CEP”) online system, risk management and business management system framework.
• To maintain effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilised throughout project.
• To manage the implementation of the master programme, manpower, materials & plant schedules.
• To lead and facilitate the overall cross-functional project team.
• To take a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages.
• Control and properly compile all relevant documents for the project including uploading to T&T sharepoint.
• Any other work-related tasks or duties deemed required and assigned by the management / line manager.
