• Lead and manage the commissioning activities for facilities management systems in accordance with project plans and specifications.
• Develop and execute commissioning procedures and protocols to test and validate the performance of facilities management systems.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of facilities management systems.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and subcontractors during commissioning activities.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Civil) or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in facilities management commissioning or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of commissioning techniques and procedures in the facilities management industry.
• Experience in leading and managing commissioning teams in a facilities management environment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and blueprints.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of accounting function including General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Intercompany transactions, Fixed Assets, Bank Payment processing and Bank Reconciliations of an overseas business entity
• Monitor and manage outstanding accounts, proactively following up on overdue payments and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
• Work closely with in-country accounting service provider to ensure that daily transactions and month-end closing tasks are completed for the entity in a timely manner and Group submission timelines are met consistently.
• Responsible for accuracy completeness of monthly actual financial results, preparation of rolling forecasts, and submission of actuals and forecast into the Group financial reporting system as per Group timelines
• Provide in-depth analysis on variance between actuals, budget and forecast for monthly management reviews
• Prepare and submit monthly cash flow forecasts, ensuring accuracy and completeness in projections of incoming and outgoing cash flows.
• Liaise with outsourced service provider for a timely submission of local GST returns, completion of statutory audit and liaising with tax agent and & local tax authorities
• Support the regional tax team to ensure prompt submission of local withholding tax returns, and facilitate the completion of tax and transfer pricing audits
• Ensure compliance with IFRS reporting, Group accounting policies, audit, tax, and other statutory requirements
• Continually automate, streamline, and improve current reporting, operational and accounting processes to improve efficiency in financial reporting.

• Establish and manage key channel relationships in your territory.

The Team
