Business Development

• To conduct market intelligence and identify market needs

Sales

• To manage projects/determine project sales strategy (cost planning, pricing of tender, determine revenue and negotiate terms and conditions of contract)
• To collaborate with the engineering team to ensure that the most efficient formwork design is applied
• To devise the most profitable way to win and service business for the company

Customer Management

• To be accountable to all credit interactions with customer and ensure payment is received in full
• To ensure customer satisfaction with equipment and production delivery.
• To collaborate with operations team to ensure that delivery is made on time

Marketing

• To participate in all sales and marketing activities to promote and enhance branding image of the company
• To engaged actively in promoting Doka brand in Social Media Platform

To provide technical expertise across IT operations including level 1, 2 and 3 Incident, Problem and Change management and conducting day to day system administration and maintenance tasks to ensue the smooth operation of IT systems and services.

• Conduct Incident, Problem and Change management across L1, 2 and 3
• Interface with the regional service desk and regional/global support groups and suppliers.
• Conduct day to day IT system administration and maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and services
• Support the existing IT infrastructure including network, server, print, backups and related components including design, deployment, changes and decomissions.
• Liase and coordinate solutions/resolutions with 3rd party IT suppliers and managed support groups
• Update and maintain operational documentation
• Working with cloud technologies (Azure) as well as on-prem deployments
• Interact with a wide range of technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Work alongside local IT management and technical staff as a point of escalation for technical issues
• Lead or contribute toward IT projects aligned with group strategy
• Follow all security procedures in alignment with group strategy and policy

THE CHALLENGE:

• Partner with Sales and Accounts team in relationship management of Sportradar’s key clients, serving as a source of technical assistance & advice to ensure clients maximize the value of our products/services.
• Engage with key accounts to deliver timely, accurate and professional technical guidance and assistance.
• Partner with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, Production and Engineering) to ensure seamless integration for new key accounts, as well as provide ongoing issue resolution, adoption of enhancements and new features, and other technical needs on behalf of our clients.
• Technically lead/advise best practices for customer integration of Sportradar's Sports Betting Solutions and other products, then hands on assist customers with integration activities.
• Function as project manager for integration work when needed.
• Work closely with tech leads and Product Management to Identify and address product, process and documentation improvements to maximize ease of product integration.
• Actively contribute ideas for software improvements and solutions to technology challenges.

YOUR PROFILE:

• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field; equivalent experience acceptable.
• Experience in technical client integration, sales engineering or similar role is beneficial
• Experience with XML, Json, SDK, JAVA, Python, Groovy, C, C++ or Perl is beneficial 
• Exceptional written and verbal English communications skills, with an emphasis on communicating highly technical and complex topics to a non-technical audience. 
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment. 
• A passion for sports is beneficial, but not required. 
• Proactive self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills.

YOUR PROFILE:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with AMPI Engineering and Planning, and AML Engineering and PMs to coordinate Probe Test, Assembly build, Qual Test, and Final Test activities at AMPI based on priorities provided by PMs.
• Originate Assembly ERFs and Test ERFs, where appropriate.
• Work with AMPI Probe Planning to coordinate processing of probe engineering materials at AMPI. Provide information needed by Probe Planners prior launching the wafers in Probe WIP.
• Work with AMPI Qual and Reliability Group and Planning to coordinate qual material processing.
• Coordinate with AMPI Planner on engineering assembly builds and final test movement to Sample Stock of material to support RTM.
• Ensure that approvals requiring AMPI personnel are completed in a timely manner, such as but not limited to Probe & Final Test PTC, ECNs going through ETQ document control system.
• Submit lot termination and track lot ownership as needed. Create links to deliverables for items completed in AMPI, i.e. Probe and FT PTCs, qual plans.
• Participate in and support high-level planning of top priority projects of AML PM. Communicate status, issues, and results to AML and AMPI stakeholders.
• Utilize the SharePoint, Apollo, Phoenix, and other PM Tools in performing tasks. Interfaces with U.S. counterparts on PM activities.
• Develop and recommend solutions to improve process for a timely product release to Market and/or to Production.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 3-5 years of industry experience
• 5 years in semiconductor industry
• Knowledgeable in Project Management, Planning, Product Development, Probe Test, Final Test and Qual and Reliability processes

Responsibilities / Tasks

Your Profile / Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in Automation is much preferred
• Field wiring skills
• Broad knowledge and technical skill in Industrial Refrigeration
• Excellent organizational and leadership ability
• Outstanding communication
• Mechanical, electrical, electronic background with a working knowledge of the other disciplines
• Commercial understanding of the impact of failure/downtime on production and ultimately customer delivery
