About the Role

As Analyst Consultant, you will “bridge the gap” between the business and technical teams by solving complex Workday intersystem problems. You will guide clients through the transformation, implementation, and operation phases of a Workday implementation. The resource will be responsible for developing solutions for our clients to further position Merkle | Cardinal Path as a leading data, analytics, and insight service provider. The Staff Consultant, Customer Success will work within our Customer Success team, supporting clients that leverage the Google Marketing Platform (GMP). • Background in Treasury Systems is preferred but not required. (Similar technologies would be Kyriba, Quantum, Murex, Calypso)
• Experience in treasury operations and financial data analysis, including the execution and trading of derivatives and other treasury instruments, as well as financial quantitative/qualitative analysis.
• Background in Consulting, Software Implementation is a plus
• Techno-Functional experience in Software systems is a plus
• Proficiency in quality management methods, tools and technologies
• Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external clients
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors
• Willingly shares relevant technical and/or industry knowledge and expertise to other resources
