ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are an expanding organization managing three distinct brands (two location-based and one e-commerce-based), specializing in the sale of high-ticket items. Currently, we are in search of a skilled and seasoned Digital Marketing Manager to become an integral part of our team and contribute to the development and expansion of our marketing department.Ā
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in creating highly effective lead funnels, possess expertise in process automation using our CRM (Zoho) and Zapier, demonstrate proficiency in PPC advertising across platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads, showcase proficiency in managing organic social media, exhibit proficiency in WordPress and Elementor for site development and maintenance, and demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of SEO and backlink strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Team Hiring & Management: Lead the expansion of our in-house marketing department by managing current team members and hiring 2-3 additional professionals.
- Lead Funnel Creation & Email Marketing: Develop and execute high-quality lead funnels through effective email marketing strategies.
- Zoho CRM: Design and optimize Zoho CRM workflows to enhance lead management and customer engagement, Implement and maintain data segmentation for targeted marketing strategies, and Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless integration and automation.
- PPC Advertising: Develop and execute successful PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Also, monitor and optimize ad performance to ensure maximum ROI, and Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies.
- WordPress Site Build & Maintenance: Oversee the creation and maintenance of WordPress sites to align with marketing objectives. Also, Ensure website functionality, responsiveness, and optimal user experience, and collaborate with the development team on on-site enhancements and updates.
- SEO and Backlinks: Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings. Also, conduct thorough keyword analysis. stay updated on search engine algorithms, and build and manage backlink profiles to increase domain authority.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Atleast 3-5 years of relevant experience as a Manager or in Marketing Management
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager with a focus on Zoho CRM (Preferred), PPC, WPSite management, and SEO.
- In-depth knowledge of Zoho CRM functionalities and customization.
- Proficiency in creating and optimizing PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Strong understanding of WPSite development and maintenance.
- Expertise in SEO strategies, including backlink building.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Experience in using WordPress
- Experience in Management and Marketing Management
