The work will focus primarily on contract management operations, such as archiving contracts in Microsoft Dynamics, responding to requests for copies of contracts from lawyers and other stakeholders, and working with members of the legal and account teams to ensure the contracts being archived have all the required documents and profile information.

• Maintain an organized and up-to-date contract database using Microsoft Dynamics.

The role reports to the Employee Relations Manager, also based in the Philippines and is part of a wider team who are located in Singapore and India.

What an Employee Relations Analyst does at Visa:

• Conduct workplace investigations in simple to complex situations demonstrating effective listening, probing and investigatory skills with the ability to synthesize data, identify root problems/causes, and recommend actions to resolve in partnership with the Employee Relations Manager, Legal team, and Business Conduct Office.
• Provide expertise and case management of ER issues, including performance management, from initial intake to resolution, received from managers, People Business Partners (PBPs), and employees.
