Customer Account Analyst is responsible for all collection activity related to Accounts Receivables. Provides timely, accurate and efficient support in collection operations particularly Basco Accounts.  He /She is also responsible to ensure all checks and cash collections are collected on time  from the customers.  Payment posting and counter validation is also his/her responsibility.  Custodian of the customer's records either digital or original copies.  Responsible for updating customers' accounts through the authorized financial system and official site/apps by the management.

The QA Analyst 1 is responsible for assuring that the analytical procedures are conducted accordingly for both finished goods and raw materials.  The position is also responsible for ensuring laboratory equipment are functional and regularly calibrated. Ensures that all routine and monitoring analyses are regularly conducted and provide accurate and precise results to relevant stakeholders. The position will assist in the implementation and documentation involving ISO, HACCP and Good Manufacturing Practices.
 

The Systems and RM Inventory Analyst is responsible for managing the flow of finished goods including VAM and RM products from warehouse cold storage to map per system requirements. Focus on External Storages and Retail Stores Ensures that RM to FG Reclass is properly recorded including Sub-inventory Transfers.

• Performs in SAP the donations and free samples given by TMM. Ensures that the Donation and Free samples list are the ones approved by a Manager, at least.

4. Prepares and presents for the Weekly Attainment report to the immediate Team Leader and flag variances or risk

5. Immediately escalates concerns in not achieving system transactions (e.g., lacking operational reports, item code concerns, PO-PR concerns).

6. Collaborates with the source departments of the operational reports/ data needed in order to transact in SAP.

Data Analysis

Gathering forecasting and committing numbers from the sales team at the end of each month. Compiling these numbers and report them to the executive team along with a metric that compares their actual sales to their forecast.

Database Management

Responsible person for the maintenance of updated records and databases to be used by the management and the different departments. Ensuring that the data is representative of the current sales, market scenario, and customer set-up by creating and maintaining a central data repository (sales, competitor prices, commodity prices, etc.) and ensuring their integrity and availability.

Administrative Support

Acts as an aide for the Feeds Sales Team in ensuring the proper execution of PR requisitions of the whole department that will drive efficiency and especially the smooth flow of activities related to the needs of the projects involved.

Coordinating with other departments to ensure proper guidance and pricing are current. Facilitates and ensures the correctness of all price set-up request of the Feeds Sales Team, while maintaining their confidentiality. Departmental Liason

Ensures the timely update and management of communication to other departments and the use of platforms and responds to inquiries within the scope of his/her responsibilities.

Single point of contact for sales team's administrative, and procurement activities and coordination within the category of his or her scope.

Ensures that the Purchased items are stored and distributed to the right locations. Analyzes and links the Demand Plan from Sales with the Supplies coming in from Demand & Supply (D&S) Planning and Procurement teams. 

Ensures cost-efficiency on External Warehousing operations by daily simulating “should be” expenses, and reconciling with actual incurred expenses. Analyzes and investigates differences between Planned versus Actual External Warehousing costs. Links reconciled costs to Accounting/ Finance. 

Performs governance on Overall Inventory and Available For Sales (AFS), encompasses (TMM and all External Warehouse sites. Ensures daily updating and accuracy of Overall Inventory and AFS--in SAP, Power BI and actual physical items in all sites, including TMM. 

Drives strong coordination with Sales, Supply Chain, External Logistics Coordinators, TMM Team and External Warehousing Partners to ensure above objectives.
