Education:
ā¦ Degree in IT or computer science/engineering and/or relevant work experience.
ā¦ Certification in IT Systems and ITIL Fundamentals is a plus.

ā¦ Strong command of spoken and written English. Other languages are beneficial.
ā¦ Structured and clear written and verbal communication.
ā¦ Flexibility to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adjust to changing
requirements.
ā¦ Problem-solving approach with the ability to find alternative solutions.
ā¦ Able to understand customersā needs and resolve conflicts.

ā¦ Availability to work on day shifts, weekends, and holidays as part of a global follow-the sun support team.

ā¦ Remote management and deployment software. Altiris is a plus.
ā¦ Network assessment, and troubleshooting.
ā¦ Databases and database engines. SQL and Splunk are a plus..
ā¦ Understanding on batch file, powershell scripts are a plus
ā¦ Training delivery experience.
ā¦ Airport IT or airport operation background is a plus.
