Scope of Role

You will join a team focused on innovation and client satisfaction within a dynamic organization, being the interface between Product Engineering and Client Services. You will report to the Engineering Support Team Lead, who is based in Manila.

As a Support Engineer, you will:

Be the primary contact between the Engineering organization, ITRS Client Services, and other departments looking for development assistance.

Analyze Help Desk tickets assigned to the Engineering team:

1. This may require reviewing the ITRS Product codebase or consulting with developers in the relevant Engineering group(s). The Support Engineer should aim for self-sufficiency to minimize the impact on Engineering teams.

Handle special debug builds requested by Client Services.

Verify and fix software defects:

1. Reproduce customer issues in-house to verify defects.
2. Fix defects when possible, to reduce the workload on teams focusing on strategic development tasks.

Verify enhancement requests:

1. Collaborate with Product Owners and several team members to determine the work required for new features.
2. Engage with the appropriate engineering teams to define and verify requirements.

Support Engineering teamwork queues:

1. Ensure environments, proofs, and documentation are ready for the Engineering teams to act on.
2. Support the improvement and automation of system tools.

Conduct ad-hoc investigations on behalf of the Engineering teams:

1. Assist the Engineering teams with time-intensive issues.

A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

At least 3 years of experience in Software Development, DevOps or Software Support

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in:

1. Python

Hands-on experience with:

1. Containerization platforms (e.g., Docker)
2. Orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes)

Proficiency in the following programming languages:

Familiarity with:

Lead a team of Triage Support Specialists to ensure the successful support of the Turnitin User base and the continuous improvement of team capabilities and performance.

Key Responsibilities and Outputs:

Department Overview – Sales Operations & Enablement

Sales Operations is responsible for:

• Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of Commercial activity across the broader team
• Increase sales effectiveness and productivity by providing centralized content deliver business productivity and efficiencies of day-to-day processes

• Delivery of first-class proposals / RFPs

About the Role:

An essential role that supports the proposal development process, securing new business and strengthening existing client relationships. You’ll coordinate and produce the bid (RFI, RFP, etc.) document for Tier 2 and 3 deals and contribute to maintaining the bid database. You will also be supporting a proposal manager on key strategic and transformational opportunities.

As IQ-EQ Bid Support, you will be an organised, detail oriented and the ability to work under pressure with demanding deadlines. You'll be the glue that holds our bid process together, assisting with research, data gathering, document formatting, and logistics. Role & Responsibilities

Proposal development and management:

• Lead the proposal creation process from receipt to final submission, ensuring compliance with bid requirements, client timeframes and IQ-EQ strategy.
• Coordinate proposal input from subject matter experts across the organization to validate and gather new responses
• Champion internal proposal timelines, collaboration tools, document management and version control best practices
• Contribute to the maintenance of the bid database by enhancing existing content, sourcing new content and remaining up to date with database produce developments

Client engagement and relationship building:

• Collaborate with sales teams to gather expertise and ensure a unified winning approach
• Present proposals for clients with confidence and professionalism, answering questions and addressing concerns effectively
• Gather feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to refine proposal processes and continuously improve proposal success rates

Communication and collaboration:

• Maintain clear and concise communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the proposal development process.

• Create and update Audit Protocols: in collaboration with technical team Minimize the protocol edition time by using the most efficient method, ensure they meet client’s requirements and are well set-up for Auditor use.
• Maintain customer's data: maintain customer's audit data or extra system/platform to ensure the completion of the audit result and audit follow up status.
• Give a good service level: Reach the requirements and the deadlines of the different requests received from internal/external QIMA team members.

Role Overview

The Application Support Analyst role is responsible for second level support and maintenance of managed Datacom client applications through its lifecycle. This role includes day-to-day incident and problem management across multiple clients in the Application Management team. The Application Support Analyst will communicate with the client, and the internal Application management teams within the specified timeframe that meets specifications and/or SLA’s. This role ensures all work aligns to Datacom's standards and guidelines.

Responsibilities

The Support Analyst is responsible for (but not limited to):

• Upkeep of our knowledge repositories.  

• Respond to Incidents and Service requests in a timely manner within Service level targets or better.   Use the Service manager suite to keep requestors and stakeholders up to date.
• Knowledge and expertise of monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Nagios and Blazemeter to ensure the Customer’s application stack is healthy, build reporting and analysis.
• Knowledge of AMQ, MuleSoft, integration, queues and troubleshooting therein.

• Excellent deductive reasoning and formulation of analysis to support third party teams and be the facilitator and owner of problems.
• Work with 3rd parties and other teams to assist in patching, upgrading and mitigating security risks.
• SQL knowledge and working with SQL Server and Oracle RDBMS.  Write scripts to amend data and transactions.
• Use and upkeep of repositories such as GIT and Bitbucket.

Skills

• Knowledge of Java and Oracle framework.
• Familiarity with Spring and Hibernate frameworks.
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git and Bitbucket
• Understanding of integration tools like Mulesoft and AMQ

Teamwork & Collaboration
