Job Summary

Provide support to key NA clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders primarily via our ticketing system (ServiceNow), email and outbound calls.

This position involves adding value towards Incident progression/resolution, request fulfilment and will also require an element of data reconciliation capability.

What you’ll be doing:

Overall Engagement Marketing Execution

1. Assists in monitoring the brand’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, X, Pinterest, TikTok) and campaigns.
   • Creates copy and assets for the social media calendar.
   • Monitors social media & influencer campaigns and flags issues that may come up.
   • Engages with audience and community members via comments and direct messages.
2. Assists in the brand and products’ online reputation.
   • Moderates and solicits for reviews on sites such as Trustpilot and Power Reviews.
   • Updates Customer Review file for cross-functional teams.
3. Assists Influencer Marketing initiatives and activities.
   • Monitors ongoing campaigns and flags issues that may come up.
   • Replies to unsolicited influencers.
   • Conducts initial outreach to influencers.
   • Updates trackers and analytics data on social platforms
4. Monitors and keeps up with marketing and competitor trends, topics, articles, and news to be shared as learnings within the team or to the brand’s social communities.
5. Helps in managing all our SM channels and review sites.
6. Documents processes, strategies, and campaigns for internal and external reference.
7. Delivers high-quality results on projects of low complexity; output meets and/or exceeds established timelines.

Email Marketing Execution & Analysis 

1. Assists in the development and management of email marketing initiatives. 
2. Helps manage and execute email campaigns.
3. Updates creative briefs for asset requests and monitors JIRA tickets.
4. Conducts email proofing to check all email campaigns and flows are precise and flawless prior to deployment.
5. Assists in performance tracking and reporting for stakeholders on a weekly basis.
6. Assists in launching email campaigns and influencer vetting.

Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any related fields.

• Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in Engagement Marketing channels such as Social Media, Content, Influencer, or Email List any desired skill set. 

• Proficient in MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

• Experience in Marketing is not required but is definitely a plus.

Location: The Engagement Marketing Analyst (Contract) position is a work-from-home position for Balsam International Unlimited Philippine ROHQ in Manila. Team members in the Philippines are located within Metro Manila, Bataan, Batangas, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Pampanga, Rizal, and Tarlac areas only.

Our must-haves:

• Must be open to joining some face-to-face gatherings, like our monthly functional meetings and quarterly teamwide events.
• Must have a back-up laptop or desktop for use, if primary laptop encounters issues.
• Must have a fast, reliable DSL, Fiber or Broadband connection (not mobile or broadband stick) as the primary internet connection with a minimum actual speed of 10MBPS.
• Must have a back-up internet connection of the same speed, if primary connection becomes spotty.

Skills Required:

• Experience in using MS Power BI for metrics and data analysis
• Experience working with vendors for hardware and/or software support
• Must have experience in planning, designing, and implementation of telephony platforms

What will you do?

• Plan, design, implement, and support complex multi-vendor Telephony Platforms
• Act as a technical expert in the Contact Center/Workforce Management platforms, clearly communicating the capabilities and limitations of the system.
• Develop, test, and implement Contact Center applications and technology through projects and initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze issues and identify root cause to resolve issues.
• Understanding desktop concepts/technology for client support of voice technologies.
• Demonstrates logical problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task with accountability and follow-through.
• Manages trouble tickets to identify trends and details of a reported problem and assists with customer and vendor interaction for resolution of problems found.
• Develop and maintain telecommunications documentation, including but not limited to, project status reports, inventory files, backup and other workload schedules, process, and procedure instructions – both technical and client, etc.
• Relevant experience in administering, defining, designing, deploying, and supporting telecommunications systems including Call Center application support and other telephony protocols.

About the team:
