The Technology Operations Support Coordinator is responsible for working closely with the AGS Technology Analysts and the AGS Program Management Offices (PMO) teams to successfully support various activities critical to our AGS program’s day-to-day success. They will also support provisioning for ACUMEN IWP products. The accounting analyst is responsible for collection, organization, interpretation, analysis, recording, documentation and dissemination of complex data sets. The candidate will process and reconcile finance related transactions with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. The candidate will provide support during same shift or split-shift (Noon to 8PM) corresponding to US EST working hours and be part of the Finance team.

• Perform balance sheet reconciliations
• Create monthly journal entries
• Perform tie-outs of financial statements to general ledger and tie-outs for internal consistency
• Assist with statutory financial statement preparation process (e.g., import mapping files into software)
• Assist with various projects on an as needed basis

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably with exposure to APIs and web services.
• Experience with JSON data format and HTTP protocols.
