In this part-time role, you'll have the flexibility to choose shifts or time based on your availability.

Service Duration: The service shall span a period of six months.

Pre-project Training: You shall undergo a paid training as needed prior to participating in the project.

Your Responsibilities

The Technical Support Representative, Tier 2 team assists the Tier 1 Support team by liaising between Support, Development, and Product teams. These experts are part of the technical leaders within the Assessment Delivery Operations and Support department (ADOS), providing regular feedback and updates on our client's issues with the product to both the internal ADOS Technical Support team and internal stakeholders. Octal Philippines Inc. is looking for a talented and driven Business and Systems Analyst to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing business needs and system requirements, ensuring that our technology solutions align with organizational goals. You will work closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders, gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing data, and contributing to the design of systems that improve efficiency and effectiveness.

1.           Bachelor’s degree in any course related to Information Technology

2.           At least 2-3 years of work experience related and focused on Business Process Analysis, Systems Analysis, Systems Design and Analysis, Project Implementation and other system development related activities.

3.           Knowledge about any programming language, database, & server application solutions is a huge plus.

4.           Working knowledge of basic IT support services such as: Software and Applications trouble shooting and use of commonly used software products (e.g., MS Office, MS Windows and Internet tools).

5.           Basic Networking Skills.

6.           Working knowledge on basic programming and internet tools (e.g. Web Browsing, FTP, HTTP, HTTPS).

7.           Sound Documentation and Communication Skills.
