The successful candidate will be part of the dedicated Loan Services team in Manila supporting all aspect of loan administration and operations for a European client.  Responsibilities include

• Asset onboarding including review and analysis of loan documentation
• Accurate inputting and processing of all relevant loan information into the loan administration software

• Develop & Publish reporting visualisations using the prescribed tools, and perform Data Quality Review  

• Document requirements and facilitate discussions on priorities from the tool  

• Communicate the benefits of your changes to the user base and monitor usage of the tool and reports to help assess focus areas for future

• Ensure that end-users requests are addressed within Business SLAs  

• Support the delivery of developments for active projects and group objectives

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate analysis or financial analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex financial modelling, pivot tables, and data analysis
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate fundamentals, including property valuation, leasing, and market dynamics
• Experience with real estate financial software (e.g., Argus, CoStar, RealPage) is preferred
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of real estate capital markets and investment structures

Nice to Have:

• Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or MBA
• CFA, CCIM, or other relevant professional certifications
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in real estate analysis

The Support Analyst provides end-user support in creating documentation for recurring tasks as well as assisting the team in setting up user accounts. This person diagnoses, troubleshoots and resolves basic and moderate technical problems. This person operates under defined processes and procedures and makes decisions regarding short-term priorities and work activities requiring interpretation of guidelines, policies and procedures. The Support Analyst will work closely with our Helpdesk, Desktop Technology, and ATS teams in supporting users in general IT problems.  This is a Night Shift role.

• Performing day-to-day support work for the company’s end users.
• Creating and deleting user accounts
• Assisting with Ad Hoc projects and backup support for the US Support team

• Develop reporting and analysis tools to support Leaders and Teams to sustain continuous
  improvement in their area including their own management practices and routines.
•  Possess good understanding of analytics tools (PowerBI, Alteryx, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) to drive
  historical data trends, volume analysis, visual representations of the KPIs
• •Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
  Help in the Development and implementation of databases, data collection systems, data
  analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
•  Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
