PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:   This position provides technical support and troubleshooting for desktop/laptop systems, software, and hardware with a focus on monitoring the helpdesk queue, email, chats and phones, providing end-users help remotely and on-site. Install, configure, and maintain desktop applications and operating systems. Assist with user account management, including password resets and access permissions. Respond to user inquiries and provide timely resolution to technical issues. The candidate should be self-directed and require minimal supervision. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
