About the team:

The Network Delivery Team provides managed IT services for FIS clients. The high caliber members are among the technology leaders within FIS, utilizing multiple technologies and vendors. What will you be doing:

• Performs device configurations, internal operating system upgrades and software upgrades and deploys network devices including routers, switches, and SD-WAN devices.

Join our team as a Tier-1 Player Support Representative. You will be part of a team providing chat and email support for gamers by maintaining positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards players and delivering high level of experience.

In this part-time role, you'll have the flexibility to choose shifts or time based on your availability.

Service Duration: The service shall span a period of six months.

Pre-project Training: You shall undergo a paid training as needed prior to participating in the project.

Refresher Training: You shall maintain and update your knowledge by participating in refresher training every X weeks/days without any compensation, as a prerequisite for continuing their services with PTW.

Work Schedule: Your work schedule will be flexible, with shifts made available for your selection according to your preference. As we expand our organisation both across new products and services, as well as Geographies for employees and clients, we’re looking for a Support expert to focus on continuous improvement and team management.  

You’ll be responsible for managing a team of five (and growing), supporting hundreds of clients across three products (and growing) across two regions. You’ll work behind the scenes with both Onboarding and Customer Success to facilitate client queries and make sure they’re a success.
