Position: PPC Manager
Working Hours: Flexible, full-time
Salary Range: 1000-1600usd/month
Support Shepherd is seeking a talented and experienced PPC Manager to join our team. As a PPC Manager, you will maintain a portfolio of our client accounts and ensure all routine tasks are completed in a timely manner. You’ll also be responsible for new campaign onboarding, which includes conversion tracking, GA4 setup, and hitting deadlines.
Responsibilities:
â— Plan, execute, and optimize Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Google Display Network, AdRoll, LinkedIn, and other paid media channels.
â— Monitor campaign performance, budget allocation, and bidding strategies to ensure maximum ROI.
â— Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for different campaigns.
â— Regularly analyze keyword performance data and adjust strategy accordingly to improve ad relevance and targeting.
â— Set up and monitor conversion tracking to measure the success of campaigns in terms of lead generation, sales, or other predefined objectives.
â— Analyze conversion data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
â— Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on key performance metrics, providing insights and
recommendations for continuous improvement.
â— Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes of performance challenges, and implement effective solutions.
â— Compile performance notes and organize them, in order to send to the account management team.
â— Finalize and download AgencyAnalytics reports in collaboration with the account manager.
â— 3+ years of experience in PPC, SEM, Google Ads, etc.
â— Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
â— Marketing agency experience preferred
â— AdRoll, Meta Business Suite, and AgencyAnalytics experience is ideal
â— Demonstrate exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
â— Excellent internal communication within all departments
