LOOKING FOR FILIPINOS AND PHILIPPINE-BASED CANDIDATES

Position:  Influencer Lead

Work Hours:  Flexible; overlap 4 hrs between CST & EST, Mon. – Fri.

Pay Range:  $1200 - $2000 per month

• Influencer Identification: Identify and research potential influencers, both macro and micro, who resonate with our target audience.
• Partnership Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers, acting as the main point of contact for all influencer-related activities.
• Campaign Collaboration: Collaborate with influencers to create engaging and authentic content that supports our marketing campaigns.
• Content Development: Work closely with influencers to develop creative briefs and content ideas that align with brand messaging and goals.
• Influencers Negotiation: Negotiate collaboration with influencers, ensuring that are mutually beneficial.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, tracking key metrics and social media content.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports and insights on influencer campaign performance to key stakeholders.

• Has at least 4 years of relevant work experience
• Proven experience in influencer marketing, with a track record of successful influencer campaigns.
• A strong network of influencer contacts and relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative influencer strategies.

• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Social Media (IG, Tiktok, Facebook, Youtube)
• Proficient in Google Workspace is a plus but not a requirement

Position : Accounting and Client Support Specialist

Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), Flexibility but with at least 4 hours overlap

Salary Range : $1500-$2000

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accurate bookkeeping and financial record maintenance for both the company and its clients.
• Processing and reviewing accounts payable invoices post-AI tool processing.
• Handling and resolving client support inquiries regarding accounting and invoice processing.
• Collaborating with the AI tool development team to enhance tool effectiveness and client satisfaction.
• Performing regular audits and preparing financial reports and statements.
• Implementing and adapting to new accounting procedures and systems.
• Ensuring top-notch client service, maintaining client satisfaction and retention.

• 3+ years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Quickbooks Online and any accounting software.
• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with AI processing tools in finance is preferred. 
• Experience in a client support role is a plus.
