Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the executive.

This role involves configuration, troubleshooting, and in-depth analysis of EonX payment systems. Key areas of responsibility include detailed documentation, defect investigation, fraud mitigation, and providing high-level technical support for payment gateways and PBA services to ensure efficient and secure payment operations.
