The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing remote IT support to the XP Asia (AP) business. The Group Commercial unit englobes the Sales, Relationship Management, Client Services, Marketing, and Product Development teams of IQ-EQ. Sales Operations is responsible for:

About the Role:

An essential role that supports the proposal development process, securing new business and strengthening existing client relationships. You’ll coordinate and produce the bid (RFI, RFP, etc.) document for Tier 2 and 3 deals and contribute to maintaining the bid database. You will also be supporting a proposal manager on key strategic and transformational opportunities.

Proposal development and management:

• Lead the proposal creation process from receipt to final submission, ensuring compliance with bid requirements, client timeframes and IQ-EQ strategy.
• Coordinate proposal input from subject matter experts across the organization to validate and gather new responses
• Champion internal proposal timelines, collaboration tools, document management and version control best practices
• Contribute to the maintenance of the bid database by enhancing existing content, sourcing new content and remaining up to date with database produce developments
